It is everything they said it was. I got the wifi and can control my system from my cell phone, tablet or computer. This is the way things are going now so I try to keep up. This does it. My favorite part is that I can set the differential to 1 degree, which is not possible on many others. This allows there to be a much more level heat rather than waiting to get cold or too warm.

Installed for a rental property with new A/C, single-stage compressor, to replace an existing Honeywell thermostat that was causing continual compressor recycling. The Venstar has precision settings to control temperature upper/lower set points that serve to reduce recycling which leads to higher electric power costs and potential compressor overheating. A good product.

I liked every feature of this thermostat! Had to return it since my home has only 2 wires and didn't want to hire an electrician.
