    Help with tech

    I bought this monitor early this month, set it up yesterday and tried to connect today. The Verizon signal I have at my home is very weak. The helpful representative suggested going to a location with better service. I worked perfectly. Now I’m ready to take Pierre with me.

    Ease of use and great product support

    This product is a life saver when we are on the road with our dogs. We can leave them in the RV and are able to make sure it is a comfortable temperature or if we have a loss of power. We had a few issues setting it up but Waggle product support made everything easier. We have not had any connection issues while traveling, which was also important. I recommend this to anyone who wants peace of mind while they are away from the RV or home.

    Peace of mind onboard

    I live in Southern California where the temps get HOT in the summer. I would never leave my dogs in the RV for long but, now I can feel comfortable leaving them with the A/C running for a few minutes if I need to pick up a last-minute item at the grocery store, run into a bathroom, etc. I have the alerts set to notify me if the power goes out or if the temp gets too high. Plus, I can check every few minutes to see the temp in real time. It's worked very well so far and gives me peace of mind. I'm thrilled with the product!

    Don't waste your money!!

    The temperature reading is off by 15 degrees. See images. We are in the Colorado Mountains all windows open where it is nice and cool, I have a sweater on, no way its 81 degrees here. I am steaming with my Verizon signal so I know I have good cell service. I unplugged it about a our ago and have yet to receive an alert about power. I did get an alert yesterday when I tested it so I know it works but if it is not 100% reliable what's the point. Set up on the app was a total pain, it kicks you out at any point if you leave the screen and you have to enter all over. Even when I clicked to read the terms at checkout, had to start all over. Seriously I am all about techy things and this is a waste on money. The people that keep it probably don't even know if it works or not, and have not thoroughly tested it out, they just like the nice screen on their phone. Returning it today. SO UPDATE I spoke with support and apparently the unit lost the the cell signal. But I got no alert. So if it can lose the signal and not update temp readings or send alerts what good is it. I used the reset button and it seems to be working now. I will update again when I get the answer on lose of cell signal alerts. UPDATE 4 days now no response from customer service. I think they blackballed me. We were out yesterday and got a warning that we hit our 83 degree high head alert so we rushed back and the RV was fine the digital thermometer we have on the shelf and the one on the thermostat read 74 and 76. The only thing I would say it might be good for is the power off alert. IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTED CELL SIGNAL. JUST NOT RELIABLE FOR THE MONEY WE PAYED. ITS GOING BACK.

    Works but expensive

    Waggle works but the $24.99 monthly subscription is steep. Have a dog and large exotic bird. The RV coach interior can heat up to life threatening levels like an automobile if there is a power failure. The price is high but I don't know of an alternate service to protect our pets on the road. Perhaps they can increase customers if the subscription price were lower.

    Seriously a huge relief!

    This has given me a huge sense of relief when I need to leave the puppers while I run errands. If you have any anxiety about leaving them behind in your RV or camper this is a definite must have. You can set the temp and humidity ranges to your desired targets. The alerts are timely and accurate. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

    No more worries!

    This Waggle has been working great for me. It will text and/or email me whenever the heat or humidity gets out of the range I set. It also lets me know when the power goes out and comes back on. It has a battery so it works even when the power is out. I can add others to get the notifications also. I love being able to go out without worrying that I might have forgotten to turn on the air conditioning or that the power has gone out causing the A/C to go off in this Florida heat. My biggest surprise of all has been how responsive and helpful their customer support has been! Any time I have had a question or problem they have been fantastic with helping me to get it resolved!

    Great to have in RV

    We ordered Waggle to monitor the temperature in our fifth wheel while we went out to dinner or short tours of areas. The customer support to set up the device was great. We went with the monthly plan as we travel for a week or two at a time.it was very easy to connect and through the app I can check the temperature, humidity level and if there is a power loss. Would recommend this product to other rv campers.

    Dogs are safe

    This is a great system, I had a little problem getting it connected at first but after I drove about 2 miles from my home it finally connected. Now I can monitor my Dogs living conditions while I am not there, as well as getting alerts when temp or humidity levels go out of my preset ranges. The only dislike I have is when we are going to different locations and I turn the unit off. I continue to get alerts about power loss and temp

    Best Customer Service

    While the Waggle website and checkout options could use some work - Nick in customer service not only checked in with me as promised (which is surprising from any company's customer service department nowadays), but also made it right by getting me a much better deal on my subscription that made up for the frustration. He was cheery, helpful, and never once raised to the bait of my bad mood (this is a VERY honest review, lol). As long as their customer service stays as amazing as he was - I will be a customer for life. Thank you Nick and Waggle for a great product and even better customer service.
