    AMAZING for the right flooring

If you have hardwood floor, tile, vinyl, or high traffic carpeting, this is the PERFECT robot vacuum for you. It's small, gets under all my furniture, over the carpet-to-tile transitions, over my kitchen floor mat, etc. It also gets under the bed and couch. It picks up A LOT of dust and debris. I'm extremely impressed. If I had a more plush carpet, I don't think it would work as well. If I had a larger home, it might not work as well. And if my home were covered in the chenille bathroom rugs, well, the poor thing wouldn't fair well. In the first couple weeks of using this, I found the little areas where it would get trapped and was able to arrange things better so that it now does a full automatic vacuum cycle without getting tripped up. Also, the little spinning brushes can be popped on and off to clean any fibres or hair that could get wrapped around them. Way more accessible and easy to work with than a traditional vacuum.

    For price works decent.

Its standard unit, works well on hardwood floors, carpet, still need to run a vacuum once a week. It runs about 1 hr 30 min before needs a charge. Easy to program off Smart Life App. I bought K2 before to try out and bought this one for my upstairs after liking the K2.

    Works well

Bought this when it was on sale for less than $100 and was worried that I may have been wasting my.money because everything seems to be 5g WiFi and Internet these days... But you could still manually use it in a prearranged pattern if it's not hooked to WiFi where you would just push the start button and it would just do lines back n forth....however once hooked up to WiFi it worked a little better because you then have more control over it...you can even manually drive it thru the app on your phone of you get it to sync with the vacuum ....I imagine this would be kind of fun with pets in the house hahaha to play with them

    Doesn’t work

It worked perfectly two times, and then stopped. It never synced with my phone. It never learned my floor plan. A lot of disappointing things about this, and I was excited. I threw away over $100. It’s basically a doorstop now. Update: the company has sent multiple emails begging me to change my review, and promised refunds each time. For over a month, promises made, and not kept. But, they sure want me to change this review for them. Will not do that until they make good on their word. Another update: they only offered me a $30 refund. They still made over $90 for selling me trash. Will not be altering this review. What is $30 going to do? This company sold a device that worked twice, and made $90 on it. Realistically, they’re only refunding me $15, until I change my review and sent a screenshot showing that I changed it. So I guess I’m not getting the other $15. It took over a month to get $15, and it’s still not in my account. I will not be changing this review for a fraction of what they got from me. I feel like I was bamboozled. And, their responses are just games. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Potential buyers need to know what they’re in for. Now 8 days later, and the company is saying I’m lying, and they don’t think I will change my review. They’ve only refunded $15, and I have said multiple times when the rest hits my account, I will update it. I have screenshots of these emails I am ready to post with this. One more negative interaction, and they’re going up too.

    Very poor battery life.

We named are robo vac "R2D2". He is a lazy robot 😞. He dose a good job sweeping and vacuuming, we love how he goes under all the furniture, he connects well with Alexa, we were unable to connect through Tuya, but smart life worked like a charm. Setting up, naming him and connecting to wifi was all pretty straight forward. But again he is lazy, he works for about 20 min and then returns to charge station " if he can find it" and says low battery 🔋 🤔. The description of the vac says 100min of time.... well he's going back and we have a replacement coming in soon. I will update more after we get the other one going and use it for at least a week. I did buy a tiny flashing light and attached it to the back to help prevent anyone from tripping on him and found its easier to keep track of him.

    Great for the price

I purchased this as a Prime special, so I loved the price. I replaced an old Roomba, and appreciate that this unit is lighter, lower, and easier to clean. My furniture appreciates that there are no more leg shaking jolts. In a tiled, 1,000sq ft dwelling, I just let the unit go until it's power is low and it returns to its dock. I have the app on my phone, and batteries in the remote, but I don't really use thesej items with it. I also don't use the wet/dry pad option. I just manually mop. It is easy to empty the trash bin and then wipe down the unit with a dust cloth. I could have spent a lot more for a more powerful unit, but really this works great. It gets up the dust and chihuahua hair. I do corral cords away from it and pick up the dogs water bowls, I also put a barrier around the puppy pad. What would improve this for me would be a 'virtual wall' like I had with the old Roomba so I wouldn't have to worry about it getting the puppy pad. I would be willing to pay extra for a virtual wall. I would buy this init again. I use it everyday, so I'll update the review if there are any problems.

    Worth it!

For the sheer fact that I don’t have to vacuum twice a day anymore, this product was beyond worth the price. To not feel glued to a vacuum, or try to figure out when and how I will vacuum with a toddler who is terrified of the vacuum sounds. I run it twice a day and it collects all the hair from my 3 dogs (one is a German Shepherd). I run it in the morning and at night while my toddler sleeps. It’s so quiet he doesn’t hear it at night and it doesn’t disrupt him during the day. Suctions well and picks up everything on my floor. The app it says to scan didn’t work for us but I read about downloading the old app, which we did and its works great! I love it!

You get what you pay for

I bought this vaccum on sale because I wanted something to maintain my unfinished basement floor. The basement mostly has a fine grit everywhere due to a combination of deteriorating masonry, workshop, and general dust. This was hard on my fancier robo vacuum, and I wanted that one back for the living space anyway. With the dual brushes and the brushless suction, this vacuum is well-prepared for the job. It is also much smaller than any other I've owned. The remote control is reasonably convenient, though I wish instead that it had functional app control. That is about the end of what I can complement. The vacuum is barely able to navigate my (largely unfurnished) basement. It bumbles around in random directions. Statistically it cleans up a reasonable amount of floor, but it also leaves quite a lot of floor untouched. It is not able to navigate back to the base (which would only require as much intelligence as following the wall until it bumps into the charger). Within the first couple of runs, the entire top of the vacuum was dusty. When I pushed the power button, some grit slid into the mechanism and jammed it, so the power button is now stuck 90% down. If I use the remote, this is not a problem, but typically I forget and click the power button on the device. The button then becomes 100% stuck down and I have to bang on it until it creaks back upwards, otherwise the vacuum beeps every few minutes like some device an obnoxious child would hide to annoy you. The beep codes do not match any beep code in the manual, so I have no idea what it is actually complaining about. Compared to other devices at this price point, it isn't able to show a map on the app so that you can easily find it when it gets stuck. That was a miss on my part, because it's something I really wanted. Overall, you get what you pay for. This vacuum does do some cleaning. Beyond that, I wish I had paid a bit more to get a bit more.

    Better than expected

Not calibrated well. When it turns to come back in patterned mode, it turns about 170 degrees, not straight so spotty cleaning Empty the bin every use. The fine clay here coats the pre-filter in no time at all. If not cleaned the performance of the vacume falls right off. Dumb vacume that pushes tables and chairs, garbage can, etc. Will clean the same area 2 or 3x and miss others. Seems to clean untill battery gets low, often gets lost on the way to the charger and you find it dead Not adjustable like others. Exact match for others on Amazon, same bin but different software and cover. Others are better
