- MeMineMyself2020-09-15Amazing purchase...
We purchased this to replace a Sharky unit that went bad about 1 year after purchase. The Sharky unit cost about $100 more than this unit but it is a no contest. This Deebot 937 is a something else. It is way faster and powerful. Its program is designed much better and the App is actually useful. The mopping works, it is not perfect but is does keep the floor clean and minimizes the work I have to do... I was not looking for a maid but for something that would alleviate the job and this unit is worth the money. I will update to let know about its durability.

No puede utilizar la bien, porque se dañó de la primera usada. Pero la comunicación con el vendedor fue excelente e hizo la devolución de inmediato que recibió el artículo de vuelta
- MrNoName2022-03-14Great, if this was a new market.
Vacuum on the machine is good. What I found lacking with this model was the mopping feature. Everytime I added the plate and microfiber cloth to the machine it would go nuts. It wouldn't even be able to find the charging dock and would go back and forth in a two foot space. What's even worst is their customer service! On my fifth message and still no resolve, so the best option now is to throw it away and return it so it can get scraped. If it's that much of a POS, don't produce them. Period. Pretty simple. But yeah, the vacuum is about the only thing good on this machine and it's mediocre at best.

Very good quality and great app, very advanced navigation and map Managment. missing a self empty bin option, can easily compete with iRobot and way better than Shark iq. Get it if cleaning a smaller space!

It maps out the house and cleans the area very well going back and forth and not all random all over the house like my last one.

*Terrible Suction. >terrible for trim, rugs, tile ect *Missed rooms *Not enough water or dirt storage *Difficult setup I had high hopes, being that this thing was supposed to vacuum and mop and the reviews were decent. I was immediately disappointment by difficulty in setup. Though it tried to vacuum the house before I even tried to set it up... (my impulse control might need some work, on buttons are to much fun to play with. Mine was refurbished so it had plenty of power already in the battery.) Then I realized how small the water tank on this thing is, I don't know about you, but that's not enough water to mop three square feet, much less the entire kitchen or hardwood living room floor. I let it try to vacuum the house, intending to, hopefully, impress me enough not to get angry for the extra money I spent on the mop model. It did not. The little spinning whiskers are cute as hell, but are totally useless. It just sends heavy grits flying off into the corners, where of course none of these robots can reach. It seemed to do alright with hair, if it isn't sticky stuck to the floor (and it had all actually gone into the dirt bin, more on that later.) It rolled right over the edges of rugs well enough, but it failed to pick up anything around those edges, or trim edges, or tile edges, or half the heavy grits in the middle of the floor too. I don't know, maybe there is something wrong with the suction on this refurbished vacbot. So that leaves the area that actually cleans between the wheels, I couldn't tell for certain, but I think it would have taken much longer to have actually rolled that width across every square foot of what it's program claimed to be my floor. Not a through job. It got into the typical fights with shoe laces, plastic bag, and even the fan power cord (the cord actually surprised me at first but it wasn't stuck in the roller, it was caught around the wheel.) I mention this not because it's a failing on this particular model or brand, but because it failed to clean those areas thoroughly after I moved the problem, the vacuum immediately left the area and did not return to anything within that two foot radius, one of which was a doorway so it missed an entire room. AND THEN I took the water tank off, thinking it was where the dirt would be dumped... like an idiot. (Wait, why would you make room for two different tanks, one for mopping and one for dirt, why not combine the two, and have that much more room for water and dirt?!? Like seriously I can rinse it between, or have a spare tank to switch out. But no, this thing has two.) So now I was confused, where was the dirt bin? Then I remembered the cute little flap that hides the reset button, the REAL on and off switch, (Because the one on the front is just for show, I tried turning it off, or rather cancelling "the clean" and it did absolutely nothing just kept on going. Maybe I should of held it down longer, I don't know I was to upset at this point to give a...) and there was the ittly bitty little dirt bin, which had already clogged itself full, and hadn't even actually filled itself. You see, the dog hair (Black lab) went in, but didn't spread out inside the bin, it just stacked up, and once stacked it just clogged up. I figure it did a decent job on the first 1/4th of the house and then it was just pretending to vacuum. Sorry ECOVAC. You need to do a better job. A lot better. Even if the suction had been sufficient the design flaws make this a RETURN, not a happy customer. PS, I used to have a NEATO, which did a decent job, even if it had a tenancy to get lost, maybe once or twice a week. The reason I don't still have that one, was that it's app/wifi connection kept getting borked for no apparent reason and my parent's impulse control is worse than their adult child. SO, going to see if NEATO can improve.

Was nervous about buying refurbished but we got a good quality product, came with all the original parts. Does a good job cleaning so far, and really like the app features.

I bought the 937 model, because my friend have an old model and I was so amazed when I saw it worked, it workes so silently. I used to have a roomba wich I loved everything of it except the noise. I decided to give it a try and I got the 937 model, I was so happy that finally I was going to be able to control my vaccum/mop with the help of an app. I got the Ecovoc 937 in within a couple of days, I charged it and follow all the instructions but I wasn't able to connect the robot to the app. I tried a 100's time and it didn't worked. I make sure I was connecting to de 2.4 wifi , and still nothing changed. I decided to return the robot and I got a replacement. Unfortunately the same happened with this 2nd robot, I wasn't able to connect it to the app...it start connect and suddenly it stops in 3% and shows an error mesage. I talked to someone at customer service, they tried to help me but it was imposible to get it connected to the app. They escalate the case and contacted me by email with same instructions. I keept trying, but always got the same error. After 3 emails they stop answering them. I am using it without connecting it to the app and it works great, but I wish I can connect it.

Vacuum stopped working after once a week use. Bought insurance and it’s not letting me use it.
