- Amazon Customer2024-06-29I was afraid it was too bold but was pleasantly surprised.
The container of the blush stick from Perricone MD feels like a heavy, very expensive tube of lipstick. It is a dark, gunmetal gray and just looks sharp and fancy. I had a hard time getting it open until I realized that you have to twist it to get it open. I was not sure about the color at first glance, but I liked it once I got it on. It blended well to a matte finish on my skin. This color was very sheer on my skin which I like. I much prefer a natural looking blush to something bold which is why I was concerned about the color at first. Once I set it, it did not rub off or fade and held up well throughout the day. Not bad at all.

Love, the fact that this is so easy to apply. It blends extremely easy and gives the proper highlight to the area of application. It seems to be a quality ingredient that doesn’t affect the skin at all and is very lightweight so I would definitely recommend.
- Another Opinion2024-06-12Best stick blush yet???
This is best stick blush I've used so far. I have skin that is on the oilier side and the formula is a nice mix between not too creamy that it slides off my face or too dry that it won't blend. There's no discernible scent. It's small, so it's easy to travel with, but it's so highly pigmented that it will last as long as sticks twice its size. I'm NC 13/15 and the color looks like a perfect pinkish sunburnt flush on my cheeks and nose. BUT, the biggest breakthrough for me is that this actually lasts! It's long-wearing! That's unheard of for me with most powder blushes, let alone a stick formulas. I can put this on in the morning and still see a hint of color in the evening, and that is without touching it up. I really tested it out well to determine this, but the cool thing is, it's so easy to apply and toss in my bag, it would be super simple to touch up after work/before going out and it would look freshly applied! I am so pleased with this formula that it's going on my gift list, because I know a few friends who will love it too. I can't recommend this product enough!

I’m all about cosmetic products that are easy to apply- the fewer tools I need, the better! My biggest concern with stick blush is that it blends poorly - not the case with this one at all! Blends so well and such a pretty color! Perfect for a quick summer makeup routine!

Blush is one of the few makeup products I use daily, whether or not I’m doing a full face. This blush is extremely pigmented, which I feel is slightly contradictory to the name as I had assumed it would be a sheer wash of pigment for low effort days. That being said, it is not my favorite, I have semi oily skin and while it doesn’t fade as quickly as other blush sticks—it leaves this waxy-balm feel that makes me feel my cheeks are sticky all the time.

This blush feels kind of thick when you swipe it on. It has good pigment, so you don't need a lot to get a pretty 'blushed' look. It has more pigment than other natural blushes Ive tried but it blends out well and easily. I really like this stick application, perfect for on the go girlies like me. Im always applying my blush last minute in the car. The pink is perfect as part of an easy every day look.
- RoseMarie2024-06-14Creamy blush, perfect for “no-makeup” days
I’m pleasantly surprised by how natural this blush looks, especially because it is so vibrant at first glance. I’ll admit, I was a tad concerned by how rouge it appeared in the tube and I wrongly believed it would clash with my skin tone or make me look clownish with overwhelming red tone. However, I’m happy to report that it blends out into a beautiful and natural shade of pink. The blush itself is very creamy and smooth. It feels hydrating and lightweight and gives your cheeks a beautiful flushed coloring, it has a small sheen to it which gives your skin a nice, subtle glow and doesn’t feel sticky in the least. I also like the packaging, the little medicine stamp on the tip of the blush stick is a cute little detail, as is the appearance of a lipstick instead of a traditional cream blush tube. It’s a great cream blush for those days you’re in a rush and just need to add some color to your face and the lightest bit of makeup, it blends easily with my fingers and doesn’t look streaky or blotchy.

This blush is perfect for "no makeup" makeup. The color was perfect for my skintone. It made like I was naturally blushing. I applied it directly to a lightly dense brush and it blended out beautifully. I did not apply straight to the skin. But the blush is so creamy and light I'm sure it would blend out nicely that way too.
- DFE2024-06-11Sheer
This blush is unusual in how very sheer it applies. I have very light skin - generally the second lightest neutral foundation - and find most cream blushes apply with too much color saturation. With this blush, I had a lot of control and so was able to get a natural looking pink blush. However, it felt quite dry and difficult to go on, so it is a good think that it takes multiple swipes to get a nice blush, because you can't really blend it out. I'm not sure if this would be worth the effort for darker skin tones. At the time of this review the price is $39 which seems high for a blush that comes in a tube the size of lipstick and requires quite a few swipes to get a nice look. This blush is made in the US.
- kstars2024-06-10Lovely rosy pink, smooth, pigmented, no fragrance, natural, lasts, blends, brightens, a bit dry.
This pretty rose-pink product is an easy-blending, pigmented, smooth, soft product on a retractable stick. It is a natural formula with moisturizing ingredients like Vitamin C Ester, Ceramides, and Camellia Flower Seed Oil. I saw another similar product, but moisturizing, by Dr. Perricone, which only cost two dollars more than this item. It is a similar shade, a bit less bright. At least, that is how it looks to me in the photo on this product page, where there is a comparison list of other items from Dr. Perricone's brand. Two dollars extra would be worth the money since we baby boomers might see some sun damage areas, which can be dry. You might not know you have it. Try adding some moisturizer over your foundation before applying it. Also, try a night cream, and make sure you use a gently moisturizing cleanser in the morning and at night. I have seen this before, and funny enough, in a product of aging skin, and it was a small tube for around a hundred. This is a lovely product in a retractable magnetic case that is handy and easy to use at home and on travel. The whole package is very gift-worthy! I would love to get some of—their goodies. This can be removed with a makeup cleanser. This is pigmented, so the issues need more moisture—this will come off. Enjoy!
