I researched a lot of these microwave heating pads. Mine finally broke after a couple years of use. I decided to get this one, it is easy to use and heats up quickly. It is a cozy heating pad that is easy to heat in the microwave. The weight is right, not too heavy. It keeps the heat well. I am going to buy one for my sister. Works great as a heating pad.

This pad is a life saver. It is very soft and right sized. It heats up super fast. I use it for back pain from training and nursing job . This pad is amazing! It takes pain away. I will also take it to work, since it is always cold in hospitals at night. Highly reccomend!!

Really like this heating pad. I bought this when I broke my shoulder and my hard, small heating pad that I had for 30 years was too hot. This heating pad is large, soft and adjustable. Love the timer and auto shut off feature. Very nice to have on my recliner.

Most of the heatings pads I have tried are very similar and you know when you come across one that is better in terms of quality. This one is one of the better ones and you can tell by the softness, the material, the quality and feature of the remote and how fast and hot it gets. It is one of the largest heating pads enough to cover your back or legs. It gets hot fast and you can actually see the current temperature on the remote which is really nice. It definitely heats up both faster and hotter than average. Feature wise all heating pads have similar features with ability to set intensity levels however this one lets you set temperature at a granular level. The display is nice and the cable that connects to the outlet is long enough to reach farther. Overall, this is one of my favorite heating pads and I definitely recommend this!

This heating pad is the best! I use it probably more than I should. I wash it all the time. The best thing about it is how great the customer service is. They really stand by their product. Mine had an issue after 4 years and stopped working. I seriously basically abused this thing. The company sent me a new one free of charge, and it was very easy. All I had to do was show them the code it was displaying on the screen. I also love how I could wash it. I've had many in the past that after I washed it, they would stop working... Not this one. I washed it so many times I couldn't tell you how many! It's great.
