So long story short worth every penny! Staff was very helpful, it was quick and they walked me through everything. It is nice they give you three putty impressions because I went through all of them. Important thing here is DO NOT RUSH! Make sure you understand what to do here. So I got my retainer and at 1st it didn’t fit as easily and I thought “well that was a waste of money “. Be patient and get it wet and work them in adding a bit of pressure on piece at a time they eventually popped right on. The reason it felt it didn’t fit at 1st is because of the close fit. Once they are on they fit SO WELL , I forget they are on. They aren’t as bulky as my Ortho given ones and I can talk normally. It takes a bit to get them on but I 100% recommend these. They are way cheaper then going through a dental office, and better quality in my opinion after having my ortho set for a year which I ended up replacing because they started to split down the middle. All in all great buy and will buy again. They also mail you back your impressions so you can use them for future orders.

They give you a complete kit with three size inserts for your mouth size and three putty mixes. I didn't do the first one correctly, so I mixed a second putty and made sure I gave it enough time to harden. Took photos of the impression and sent them to the company. After approval sent the kit in with everything including what I didn't use. Fits perfectly in my mouth and is very comfortable. They also sent me the mold back in case I need to reorder. Very simple and convenient. Great money and time saver.

I’ve had the worse experience with this. Every time I tried to complete it. It didn’t come out correctly and when I waited it was not dried when I tried again it got to hard in just a few seconds. There were no instruction's. I wish I would have went in person to get it done correctly.

This was very stressful for me I couldn't get the mold right and I'm feeling like I wasted my money. I'm hoping to get more mold so I can get my money worth with this company. I don't wanna have to go to the dentist office.

I had a great experience with this product. It came with three different tray sizes so that you could find which one fits best. It also came with a lot of extra products in case you need to redo your mold. Sending in pictures to get the mold approved was very easy to do. They responded within 2 business days and let me know what I could do better when I redo it. They were very helpful in directing me and the video tutorials of how to do it were incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend for a cheaper alternative for a retainer.
