Tastes good and good way to get creatine in

These are by far the best creatine gummies on the market. They are delicious, don't melt, and actually come from a reputable source. I've tried some other brands on Amazon that are gross and definitely come from sketchy manufacturers. I could never stick with creatine powder but taking these daily is a treat, truly it is like candy and helped me break through some plateaus in the weight room. Do yourself a favor and get the OG creatine gummies, all the other creatine gummies are just imitating!

I've started strength training this year and been consuming supplements to support muscle growth. Originally been weighing out creatine monohydrate to mix in my other drinks, but these gummies make my routine so much easier, plus, they're super tasty!

If you are looking for a creatine supplement and you don't already have a brand you like then you might want to give these a try. They are advertised as gummies, but they don't have the taste or texture of a gummy, more like a candy that comes apart easily and crumbles in your mouth. Most supplements that are in gummy form have the taste and texture of a children's fruit snack, but this does not. Its more like a starburst or mamba but more grainy and of course less sweet. The flavor is like a watermelon/berry but I can't quite describe exactly what it tastes like. It does taste sweet like but you know it isn't a candy and I wouldn't recommend that you eat it like one either. I experienced no ill effects while taking it, and I can't definitively say that I could tell it was working or gave me an energy boost. I can say that you get a large jar of the candies so you do get quite a good deal for your money. I've had creatine supplements in the past that were powders, and you had to combine them with your drink or shake mixes, but I got tired of doing that so I ordered these. Its convenient, and I find that you can control how much you are consuming easier than mixed in a drink. I find that sometimes I can't finish all of the shake/drink so I might not be getting the full serving, with the gummies/candies I can just pop in on or two and know that I get the entire dose. They are a good deal, they taste good, and the ease and convenience of them make them a 4 or 5 star purchase. Since I can't say with 100% certainty that it works I can't give it 5 stars. For everything else I give it 4 stars.

These really taste great! however, I would never have tried item without Vine offering them to me as they are about twice the cost per serving as the gummies I would typically purchase. Not to mention with these the serving size is 4.5 grams versus the 5 gram serving size of the far less costly brand I usually would be getting. Between the urge to eat these like candy and the high cost per serving I will not purchase these again.

By far one of the easiest and most convenient ways of taking creatine. It’s similar to taking those multivitamin gummies when you were younger but instead of vitamins, it’s creatine.

I started using Create's gummies when they first came out, they were too slimy and kinda gross tasting, but each new formulation they improved their product. This version is perfect! The flavor is good too!
