I mean, I mean, I'm not using this correctly.However, it works perfectly for how I use it.I love Lemon ice sweet tea So I add this lemon flavor to my sweet tea and it works perfectly. To be clear my sweet tea is also crystal light which is no sugar also....lol

These are my favorite electrolyte packets. The flavor is excellent, and they are revitalizing during workouts. They are a bit expensive but worth it.

It was really hard for me to find an electrolyte mix that did not contain either Stevia or Sucralose. I don't like the taste of either of those. The taste of this mix is very mild and not sweet at all. I do enjoy the taste. You could also potentially add a little bit more of monkfruit sweetener if you want it a bit sweeter. The drink is very refreshing. If I had one criticism it would be that the powder clumps up in cold water. I only like to drink cold water so that is a bit of an annoyance. I would recommend this to anyone on a Keto diet.

This tastes great, super portable, and does not contain extra sugar. We use a lot of Gatorade and Pedialyte. This is so great because it is pre-measured and you can use reusable water bottles to mix. This is great because my kids travel with their basketball teams a lot and now they do not have to pack heavy Gatorade they can pack their reusable bottle and these little packets. We keep some in each care and each gym bag. We really like this product. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the cost. It is very expensive in comparison to other options.

I have had the lemon flavor several times, and although I agree the flavors are not profound, I do like the results. I was, however, disappointed when I substituted the lemon flavor with the lemonade version. Apart from not tasting the best, I felt cheated on the quantity in each pack. Whiles the lemon flavor has 7.8g in each pack, the lemonade packs come only in 3.6g. I felt robbed, but I should have read the description on the package instead of assuming that all hydrant flavors come in 7.8g packs. I am canceling my subscription and finding an alternative.

This has been a life saver for my pregnancy! I notice a difference when I don't take it. It tastes great and doesn't affect my sensitive bladder like other electrolyte drinks.

Hate to return so will use these…..1/3 bag a day as they are sickening sweet. Will not buy again

I really like this product. I have tried many different brands and this is by far my favorite. I have been using Liquid I.V. but it has a much higher amount of salt and did not dissolve as easily as this. I feel that Hudrant dissolves better and also taste better. All around it is a great product. A little on the expensive side but great all around.
