I appreciate that the company wanted to try using pods vs the two most common forms electrolyte mixes come in (sticks and tablets). However, the pods do not work very well. They are easily crushed in a gym bag, and when that happens, the powder can get all over. The pods are somewhat bulky too. In terms of flavor, I didn't love (but didn't hate) the flavor of this electrolyte mix. The lemon raspberry flavor was OK. It doesn't have an overly sweet or chemical flavor, which I appreciate, but it wasn't amazing either. In terms of ingredients, this mix contains 5 electrolytes, which is more than most mixes typically contain. So that is a plus. However, like some other reviewers noted, this mix does not dissolve very well. I usually put electrolyte mix in a water bottle, shake, and then drink, but even after a lot of shaking, it had not dissolved all the way. It's not a big deal, but it makes my water bottle a bit harder to clean. Overall, this electrolyte mix contains quality ingredients (no sugar, sweetened with stevia, cotains 5 electrolytes), but it has just an OK flavor, the pods are not the most practical, and the mix does not dissolve very well.

Very happy with this purchase. At my age it is so important to stay hydrated, but I have tried many other electrolyte drinks and they are way too sweet for me. These are just the right amount of sweetness, and they are so convenient to just peel and pour into my water bottle. My friend who recommended these warned me that they won’t completely dissolve in water and I would need to shake my bottle from time to time, just because they have real fruit powders in them. But that didn’t bother me at all. I like knowing that the ingredients are natural.

Got this product after hearing great things from a friend. I really enjoy the refreshing taste and it's a game changer in terms of my hydration. I feel like my skin is more hydrated, my energy is more balanced, and it even curbs my appetite. Highly recommend!

I don't really know if these electrolyte drinks actually help with anything, but I like to use them as something different to drink at times. I typically stick to water throughout the day, so it is nice to add a little flavor to my water sometimes. I figure the added supplements can't hurt, but I am no expert there. I have a Blueshift water bottle that was designed to hold these pods in a bottom compartment perfectly, so I use that with these drinks. Using this bottle makes it very easy to make these drinks. I just grab a pod, open it up, pour it in and give the bottle a good shake. I have had no issues with the powder dissolving when I do it this way, but I have not tried any other method of mixing. I enjoy the flavor of this one. It definitely has a good lemon taste. Not a lemonade kind of flavor, but more of a lemon juice flavor, so if you don't like a little sour taste you may not enjoy this one. I like that there are no added sugars, though I don't love the use of stevia. It also states that there are no artificial flavors and that it is gluten free. With only 10 calories per serving, I don't mind adding it into my day. The bag has a sticker on it with an expiration date. My sticker was peeling off, so I worry it would possibly fall off before I finish the product. It does only give me about 2 months from purchase before the expiration date. This does seem to be a good product and I enjoy it. I am sure this one would vary based on personal preference, but I think it is worth a try.

Blueshift has cracked the code for maintainable, enjoyable daily hydration. My husband and I have been consistent Nuun users for probably a decade. We each took one sip of this and canceled our longstanding Nuun autoship in favor of this little number. The flavor is exceptional — refreshing, vibrant and just sweet enough, with zero traces of artificial flavoring. I like to mix mine in a blender bottle with ice, and add water throughout the morning as I drink it. I end up drinking about 4x the amount of liquids I’d normally consume, which — as someone who is perpetually dehydrated — is a huge deal for me. And the fact that there’s no added sugar or scary, unpronounceable ingredients makes it that much better. An added bonus I hadn’t expected? It’s manufactured locally (South Shore, MA) which is so cool. This was an immediate autoship for us — glad to have our new hydration staple as we head into summer.

My household loves Blueshift Electrolytes! Lately we’re flying through pods after marathon yard work sessions and springtime hikes. They’re also great if you just wake up feeling a little groggy and need a boost. At first I was surprised by the flavor a little (a bit salty, with none of the syrupy sweetness of alternatives), but I like it a lot and it’s so refreshing to know the light pink color comes from natural ingredients and flavors, and not dyes or other scary additives. The “floaty bits” were also new to me at first but now I know they’re actually little fruit particles, which is pretty awesome. Every time I have a pod, it’s like a freshly made mocktail, with health benefits to boot🍹

I am someone who works out regularly and staying hydrated is something that is incredibly important, especially since I live in Florida and when I do out exercising, it gets pretty hot. I have tried several different types of electrolytes and anm always on the search for one that becomes my new favorite. When I came across this product, I loved the fact that they come in individual pods because it would be easy to take with me to the gym or wherever I’m going. I went ahead and placed an order for this and it arrived pretty quickly. But overall, I’m not really too pleased with it. The taste isn’t horrible, but it’s not really that good either. I do like the nutritional content of this so it’s getting a few stars due to that. However, it mixes horribly. It leaves a lot of residue and does not blend nearly as good as others that I have tried. Unfortunately it’s on the lower end of the ones that I have used so I’m only comfortable giving it three stars. I also think it’s quite pricey for 14 servings. There are definitely better options out there for a lot less. So, while I do, love the convenience of the pods, there’s little else that I am thrilled about, unfortunately. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I've tried several different electrolytes in the last few months and these are by far my favorite! The other brands I have tried are so sweet that it makes it difficult to drink. These are the perfect amount of sweet and tart, you can really tell there are no added sugars. I love that the ingredients are clean and transparent. I have been mixing 1 pod with 14 - 16 oz of water every morning and I feel like it sets me up great for the day.

After trying several servings of this product I have noticed the following things: *Flavor: I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It is noticeably less sweet than other sugar free electrolytes that I've tried. The flavor is a bit inconsistent between packets. My first packet tasted almost bitter when I mixed it into 14 ounces of water as directed. My next several packets were less bitter and had a clean & natural flavor. The lemon raspberry truly tastes like a few raspberries muddled with fresh, squeezed lemon. I like this natural taste better than some of the hyper-sweet chemical flavoring in competing products. If the flavor was more consistent in every packet, I'd give it 5 stars. *Texture & dissolvability: 3 out of 5 stars. These electrolytes have both acacia and guar gums added to them. I am not sure of the purpose for these ingredients but it does give it a slightly odd texture for a drink. While the texture does not affect the drinkability of the electrolytes, it does seem to make it harder to dissolve. Even with constant swirling and stirring, I find that I consistently have about a 1/4 teaspoon of powder left at the bottom of my glass. The added gums also make the drink cling to my glass and leave a film behind. Again, this hasn't changed the flavor or palatability of the drink but I wouldn't want to use this in my water bottle. I’m on the go a lot and don’t always wash my water bottle daily(I know, I know). I'm afraid this product’s film would create an environment that is more susceptible to bacteria overgrowth or mold. I like these electrolytes but have decided to only use them at home where I can mix it in a glass and then wash it immediately.
