It’s very refreshing!! I love that it has so much potassium for my muscles to hydrate faster/easier I genuinely believe it helps on my gym days! The tart cherry extract helps with recovery and tastes good too!

The strawberry lemonade flavor tastes great and is not overbearing or sour, like I have found with other brands I have tried with similar lemonade flavors.
