I've work it a few times already. Gets hot for sure. I have noticed that I don't have much pain anymore. It's less and less now. I feel this and a few other habit changes had something to do with it. It came with some extra, separate piece. Not sure what it's for for. Perhaps an extender? Please excuse the unbuttoned pants. I've been conveniently wearing it underneath my clothes. I like it so far. Definitely read the instructions. There's good info there on how to use it.

Got this little bad boy to add to my postpartum recovery cart and it has been a quintessential part of my recovery. It’s so nice to have some heat that also compresses a little bit and much better than a heat pack because I don’t need to hold it on Will also dealing with little baby. I highly recommend getting something like this if you’re in a similar situation. It works great

It was easy to install and great value. Giving 4 starts only because we have to still see if it lasts through the season.

I ordered two 2430 replacement balances- arrived on time-watched a youtube video on install procedures-had the old units out and new units in -less than 10 min.time. After you figure out the first install, next window balances can be swapped out even faster.
