It does its job, but it overall just feels very cheap and overpriced. Don’t really recommend for prolonged use. I don’t like how there’s no way you can tell if it is charging or not. The touch screen is also picky with how you touch it to turn it on. Tbh not worth $50 maybe $20 most….

I had purchased a similar type model from a different company, but the bulky plastic kind - it broke, so I found this item. And I'm happy I did. All I can say is that it works, it has helped my knees tremendously - The more I use the better I can walk down the stairs and bend my knees. I like that it is small, I could take it with me on a trip as it bends and is foldable. The heat is good the massage is way better than the bulky plastic one I had tried. I can use it on both knees and sometimes I tie it around the top of my foot (tendinitis pain) and the charge lasts for all three then I need to charge it. I like the 3 different massage types - or you can use none at all. And 5 different types of heat - if I'm using it more than once per day I can do a high heat and lower heat session. I think it's worth it to buy it.
