I've been getting more into exercise recently, and so I've been sweating a lot more. I'd be a little scared if I wasn't, as then I'd be doing it wrong, or I'd need to go to see a doctor. Needless to say, though I probably already said it, I need hydration. And so do you. So I thought I'd give these a try. I've been taking packets like Emergen-C on trips, and while these are quite different, they also provide a good-sized dose of vitamin C. The taste is pretty good for what they are. I got the strawberry lemonade ones, and I was surprised to see no coloring was added. That's a good thing, in my opinion. No one would mistake this for actual strawberry lemonade, but the flavor is quite pleasant. I do believe that these help me recover from a sweaty exercise quicker than just water would. They seem to do a good job. I do feel like the price is a bit steep, when you can get something like Emergen-C for significantly less per serving, though that's not a keto solution, and this makes a larger amount of drink per packet, so it's difficult to compare 1-to-1. (By the way, where are the keto parties that use these as party favors?) Long story short, these are great for travel and exercise recovery. I was pleasantly surprised by these. I'll keep these in mind for future trips and for exercise regimens for sure.

I wouldn't have ordered these with the sucralose addition into the ingredients, as we are completely "anti" sweetener, but forgot to look. But, since they arrived, we did try them out and they are quite good & flavorful. We've had high humidity and lots of heat, so these are a nice addition to drinks we use on such occasions when working outside. And, for those that don't mind sucralose, you will most likely enjoy these even more. They are reasonably priced and have a much better taste and seeming benefit than those we purchased from a warehouse store that we don't care to drink. So sweetener or not, I have to be honest when I recommend giving them a try.

The pack is easy to open, there are a line of small perforations that make it very easy to tear open the package. I prefer to carbonate my water, so I opened the packet and added it to a small amount of water and mixed it up well. Then poured it slowly into my carbonated water. It did foam up quickly, so I was glad I had a large tumbler to mix in. The flavor is great. Not salty, not sweet, but it does have the typical chemical flavor that you get with most electrolyte drinks. But I didn't feel it was too overpowering. I did enjoy the flavor and definitely could tell that it was Black Cherry flavor. I will see how well these do for keeping the leg cramps away. With summer being here and working out and sweating, I have been having issues with leg cramps. Hopefully this will solve the problem. The cost is good, at the time I ordered this package, it worked out to be approximately $1.60 per packet. Not bad for a good flavored drink with electrolytes. I am happy with this and will continue to use the rest of the package. Hopefully I will need to order more if this helps with my leg cramps. Time will tell.

This is a review for the 4 flavor combo pack and the acai berry pack. I have tried many different electrolyte drinks over the past couple of years. I must say, these drinks taste very good and may be the sweetest of the ones that I have tried. Usually, when you drink an electrolyte drink, they have a nice citrus or fruit taste and they have a slight saltiness to them - think of a gatorade. This one is a bit different, as despite having a nice, sweet (yet artificial) fruit flavor to it, there is no saltiness. This applies to all of the flavors. They all taste quite nice, although I don't like the fruit punch one as much, though they are all a bit artificial in flavors. Overall, I enjoy the flavor but would want something a little less sweet when I am in the gym, but this feels good for after a workout for me. The product dissolves very easily in my water and is almost clear after dissolving. I really like that there is no added sugar, as this is something I have been trying to radically reduce from my diet for health reasons. Also, I like that this powder has multilpe vitamins and minerals, like Vitamins C, B12, and B6, as well as Zinc and Magnesium. It has a good amount of electrolytes too, but not as much as some others - not a bad thing, as I do believe there can be "too many" electrolytes in some drinks. My product is set to expire in about 2 years, so the shelf life of this product is long. For the price, which works out to about $1.20 per packet, this is a good deal in my opinion, especially if you like the individually wrapped servings. 5/5 stars.

My household isn't a huge fan of these, something about the after taste just doesn't work for us. I do like that it seems pretty good for you so we will probably keep trying to like them but so far it's just been a big miss. Also, I'm not loving the value for money on these. I understand the health benefits of them but at about 1.60 per drink I just don't really think it's worth.

Like all these sugar free things the fake sugar taste is not great. I've had ones that taste worse though. The strawberry lemonade flavor is pretty decent. My kids hate these, but they're picky. You really do need to pay attention to the proportion of water to mix - each packet does 16 oz of water, which is larger than most of my glasses and water bottles. I prefer having the mix in bulk with a measuring scoop so that I can control how much I'm using in smaller glasses better. That would also save on packaging.

These packets are perfect to keep in my bag for on the go, whenever I need one. I love that there is no added sugar and allulose is used (way better than many other artificial sweeteners). These have 3g of carbs, the only downside is that allulose is not broken down on nutrition labels so I am not sure if that is all from allulose (for me, I don't count the carbs from allulose or sugar alcohols when I'm counting carbs). There is another popular brand of electrolyte powder that has a salty taste and this does NOT, which is great as well. I use electrolytes when I am doing Keto and even when I'm not. Sometimes plain water just isn't cutting it for me, especially when I am in the heat or have a tough workout planned. This stuff (acai berry flavor is what I tried) is great and I will continue to purchase! I also love that it has vitamin C and some other vitamins- I definitely miss some of those in my everyday diet.

This review is for HydroMATE Electrolytes Powder No Sugar. ditched the Sucralose. The flavors would be just about perfect without it. As it is, they aren't bad. I like all of them in the bag but they COULD be better. Mixes easily with water. Price is about average. Overall a solid product and if you don't care about the Sucralose, hard to go wrong with these packets!
