It's amazing how 1 little thing can wreck an electrical item. I almost didn't buy something because it wasn't working right. I got it cheap and all that was wrong was it needed 1 of these capacitors. Now it works great & I saved a ton of money!

The instructions are skimpy but it is quick to develop good technique. Most importantly the piece to be checked for cracks must be extremely clean and oil free. Picks up cracks that visual examination misses.

MTD should be shot for requiring a very specific size of washer. This thing is .406 inches in diameter. That is the exact size to cover just he bearing on the idler pully on the mower deck. It has to be that size or it binds up the pulley. But that is not to say the washer was fine and the company I bought it from has great service. My complaint is with MTD, NOT the seller.

It was what I needed.

Cable was easy to get through a 1.24" conduit. Braided cable will carry the amperage I require with ease. I had a little left over and it will get used, better to much than not enough.

As advertised. As with any wiring material, know your application and order appropriately.

The threads are inside an out makes it easy to use

It’s not really copper, it’s more Venician Bronze. But it is a hearty cast and sounds great. I hung I on a stucco wall with standard anchors. Sounds good and looks good.
