I play a lot of racket sports (pickleball, racquetball and tennis) and I perspire profusely, particularly in the summer in Florida, so it is very important to me to stay hydrated. I recently tried Espri and both the citrus flavor and watermelon flavors are not only refreshing but have helped me maintain my hydration levels. I often suffer from muscle cramping after significant exercise and since using Espri, I have not had a single cramp. I highly recommend this product for not only people who are exercising, but for anyone wishing to properly maintain their hydration levels.

I finally found an electrolyte that tastes great and isn’t loaded with salt and sugar! The citrus flavor was delicious. I drank it during and after my pickle ball game. It had no aftertaste like some other ones I’ve tried before. It tastes much better than Ultima and also has nitric oxide...I just discovering the benefits of nitric oxide. I'll be drinking Espri for my pickle ball, tennis, hikes, and runs. Excellent, Highly recommend it.

Started using these during hockey games in my water bottle and noticed a difference in my hydration and energy. I use one a day either at the gym or at hockey and have been satisfied with the level of hydration and energy from the vitamin complex. I took off one star for the flavor, the watermelon was a bit overbearing. Overall, I definitely recommend!

This was a great tasting hydration mix. It tastes very refreshing and has no after taste. It's a great product to get and stay hydrated. It's pleasant tasting and not too overpowering. There is no sugar added and that's a big plus point for me. I had it after I completed some yard work and was drenched in sweat and I instantly felt hydrated and refreshed. Will continue to use it after my routine workout.

Just received this today but it’s one of those items you can do a review on quickly. It’s not bad in taste, It’s just ok, I’ve had better tasting watermelon drink mixes before, It is nice that it doesn’t have aspartame or other fake sugars in it yet is still sugar free, I do like that fact but I do feel that it’s over priced when I consider other brands I’ve used.

This is a great product for recovery from athletic activity. I use it everyday the watermelon taste is fantastic . I feel that my electrolytes are being replenished quickly and it increases my recovery time.

Ordered a 15 pack watermelon taste on a friend's recommendation before a 30 mile bike ride. I took 2, 32 oz bottles along the long ride. Felt really refreshed throughout the ride and felt great even after the ride. Highly recommend this product. Will buy again.

Got this for post exercise recovery and I really like it. Doesn’t taste salty or electrolytee. Very refreshing , Highly recommend.

The taste is good, I mean it's watermelon flavored doesn't actually taste like real watermelon. I like that it only has 135mg of sodium some mixes have 500mg. It's individually wrapped so easy for on the go. It has a few other vitamins and minerals in 30%. Other thennthat it's a good product and I would get again.
