This is so much more than a neck/ shoulder Massager. This Massager is like having your own personal masseuse. It comes very nicely boxed and wrapped. Included are the instruction manual and USB charging cord. There are 2 massage settings, heat setting, and 2 speed setting options. You simply place on neck/shoulder area, take buckle straps under your arms and clasp behind your back. Press and hold power button to turn on. It is best to explore placement of the control buttons before putting on as they are not easily visible once on but easy to reach. Also test the strap clasp to become familiar with it's release mechanism. Now you are ready to experience a great massage to those tight neck, shoulder, and upper back muscles. Simply move down a little to get the next area. Including leg, hip, and buttocks. There are also arm straps to apply extra pressure as desired. This is an excellent purchase and provides pain relief to those overworked muscles!

Neck massager works well for it's intended purpose around the neck area. My partner and I are both different sizes but still works well. The different modes and heat setting helps in getting tenseness and knots out after long days of desk time.

It’s okay. It definitely feels good when you can get it to hit the right knots in your back, but it can be difficult to fully work them out. It is a cordless rechargeable device which would be helpful for them to mention in the instructions

It is powerful enough and fits or hits those shoulder and neck muscles that the ball massagers don't. Would purchase again.

This hefty and solid massager works. It arrived nicely packaged and fully charged so I used it right away. Its a little over 2 1/2 lbs, which is good because you want some weight behind the massage nodes. There are two modes, each has two speeds, and there is an option to have heat or not. The modes are a firm and steady movement, or a stop & go kind of movement. You can rest the unit against yourself or use the attached belt to hold it in place (such as across your back). It has an auto shut off after 10 mins which I liked so I knew I had 10 mins on this calf, then move to the other. The battery lasts about an hour and 15 mins for me. Charging it uses an included USB cable - and you need your own brick (I use Anker) and takes 3 hours. I really like the firm and steady mode, and I have been using this daily for a week now.

I wish I had an adjustable neck. It’s not comfortable where it sits on my neck.

Best product hands down the only problem is it dies too fast. Once they fix that best & smartest invention yet! It feel better than an actual human!
