First time using a grounding mat, I’ve used it for 2 days and haven’t noticed a huge change but do seem to be waking up with more energy and clearer breathing so hoping that keeps up as I continue to use this. Great quality and seems to work. The grounding pen tester doesn’t work for me though.

I was pleasantly surprised to get this mat. I bought 2 and tested them both with Multi meter and they both work very well. It is well made and also has adjustable elastic bands that go under the bed mattress, along with two snaps with a firm conductive placard. There's only a few mats that have 2 snaps and that's a real plus if you want to hook onto a pillow case or cotton sheet. The cord works well and I tested that as well. The mat got my AC Voltage down to ".000". All in all I'm happy with the purchase. Thank you.

As soon as I laid on the mat in bed I felt a subtle buzzing sensation over my body that was very soothing and relaxing. I believe it helped me fall asleep faster! I look forward to sleeping on this grounding mat nightly. The size is perfect for my twin size bed and goes from my hips to my shoulders!

This is very soft and well made. Very comfortable to sleep on. The straps easily fit around my 12" thick twin mattress with room to spare. I'm a very restless sleeper, it doesn't roll or bunch up with my tossing and turning.

I like how well it fits on my king size bed . The straps hold the mat in place , so there's no slipping during the night. I wish I could use it under my sheets , but it needs direct contact with your skin to work

Decided to give this a try to help reduce inflammation. I like that it comes with the tester pen. It's comfortable to sleep on and the straps help it stay on the mattress. After exercising, I'd typically be sore the next morning. Since using this mat, I've had no soreness. I will continue to use to help improve my sleep too. Happy with the purchase and would recommend.

This Grounding Mat for Bed was easy to install and comfortable to sleep on under my fitted sheet. I have had peaceful and full night's rest after using it. I highly recommend.

Bought the earthing mat, to try find various relief. I always went barefoot as a child and thought this would help. I use the mat on my bed so sleeping I can have that earthing connection . Mat was easy to place on my queen size bed. Since using I have noticed several improvements. Only downside is I have a high sleeping body temperature so the mat sticks a little to me. I would recommend it for anyone looking for natural approach to health

New at trying this grounding product and simply already have fallen in love with it. It has already helped with swelling that i had in my feet and i have been sleeping all night i usually have restless nights I recommend this mat to anyone.
