I read A LOT of reviews on different types of mattress pads, all feather, mixed feather and shredded memory foam, alternative to feather but I am SO HAPPY I decided to give this one a try. I waited 5 days before writing this so I could be complete honest and let me tell you I’ve never slept better in my life! I have a hard time with sleep and falling asleep but NOT ANYMORE! I thought it must’ve been a fluke that as soon as I laid down the 1st night I was out like a light and then same thing the next night and the next and next and 5 days later it’s the same lay down and immediately I’m asleep. I used to wake up constantly at night with hip or back pain from sleeping on my side but that’s gone away too and I sleep so much deeper too and wake up actually peppy and I’m not a peppy person especially in the mornings. It’s not too soft where it goes flat immediately and you just melt into it. I used to have so much anxiety about going to bed because I knew I was going to struggle to go to sleep but that’s gone! I actually look forward to bedtime now. 5 days and I haven’t had to readjust of fluff it yet like you usually have to with featherbeds and it fits perfectly on my king size bed and is just right for my sheets. Nothing has come undone or unstrapped everything has stayed right where it’s supposed to which is uncommon since straps usually come off and sheets slide off the corners. If you were like me and not sure if you should spend a lot on something you’re unsure about this is the one! It’s good quality and with the stitching the stuffing stays where it’s supposed to. This is the one to get! I am so happy I picked a good one. It wasn’t too expensive either and was cheaper than others I was considering which appeared similar to this but not as thick. I hope you buy this and love it as much as I do!

The mattress pad arrived as promised and it was all I wished for. We tried it out on a blow up bed when company filled the house. In the past we had many issues with our air bed, it was either firm and unforgiving or sagging and airless in the middle of the night. This mattress pad made all the difference. We slept like babies. We did not retire the pad with the airbed. It now serves as a permanent cover on our smart bed. Smartest purchase we ever made!

Omg!!!! I love this topper! It is everything thing it claimed to be. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. I purchased the California king size and it fit kind of snug due to my mattress being pillow top. Great buy!

I am greatly disappointed with this Matters topper. It appears to be used, with animal or some other type of hair on it. I am soooo disgusted!!! it is also ripped, and it seems like it was used, repackaged, and sent to me. I will be returning it immediately."

I like this mattress pad and will use it, but I can’t say that I love it. I got it to add some softness to a foam type mattress that is a little harder than is my preference. The pad is about 2 inches thick, and I like that it has a layer of waterproofing at the very bottom of the 2 inches, so it won’t cause sweating. It has very deep pockets – way deeper than I need, so if you have an extra deep mattress, I think you can feel confident that this mattress pad will fit well. While it is comfortable to sleep on, I am a little disappointed. From the looks of it, I thought it was going to be a softer, fluffier, and squishier than it is.

I like this better than memory foam because it doesn't trap heat as much and doesn't squish down to nothing after a half hour. But , it also may not hold up as well over time. Not sure. It's very soft, but pretty thick. I am 5'8" and about 200lbs. It feels great when I lay on it, but does compress down some over time. Seems well made. Had no bad smells. Came compressed and fluffed up and filled out quickly--in a couple hours. It has a good weight to it, seems like a quality item. It better be for this price! We might get another.

Nice and comfy. BUT when you sleep on just one area the other side is a bit bumpy but I don't mind I try to sleep on that side .. LOL. excellent purchase!!

This “featherbed” is full of SHREDDED MEMORY FOAM!!! When you lay on it, it’s loud like crinkling paper. I should have known by the price point that it was too good to be true.
