We wanted one good-looking storage bench to keep in our entryway and are satisfied with this product. My wife loved the looks of all the options we saw while searching on Amazon, hence we decided to try this. I have to give this product credit for attention to detail. The grooving/holes made in the board & parts were so well done & accurate. One of the best-detailed ones I have seen in furniture. My 2 cents below : Pros: - Sturdy & well-finished furniture - Incredible build quality. It has a premium look with a wood design. The drawer is sturdy & operates very smoothly. The bench is heavy & feels solid - Storage capacity is good with side rails & drawer - The top section looks great too with a contrasting design - Assembly instructions are very clear and all parts are labeled perfectly. It was a fairly easy assembly for such a heavyweight furniture product. The assembly instructions are elaborate with picture designs - Looks very classy with the design aesthetics - Bench is leveled properly. It doesn’t wobble on the tile floor or on the carpet - Fast shipping, quick delivery, well-packaged item - For the quality & design, these seem to be reasonably priced too on comparing with the options in the local home stores Cons: - None that I see for this price & the quality From directions to tools and parts, everything was proper and looked good quality. The end product looks exceptional and goes best if you have light shades at home. Best you can get for a high-quality shoe bench for this price. Highly recommended.

This is an ideal unit for a little storage plus shoe rack. Sturdy and nice looking. I had a little problem with some of the pre drilled holes being too small for the Allen screws but fixed that with some fiddling. It took me an hour to put together on my own. If the holes had been the right size it would have probably taken half the time.

It's made of real wooding and not that crummy particle board that most furniture here is made of. Gave it 4 coz the Allen wrench they supply doesn't actually fit the wood screws that gave. I'm lucky I had my own set. The only other down point would be the cushion; it's kinda stiff but I do think that over time it might actually soften up a bit. Overall, very good product

assembly was not too difficult. looks good. serves it's purpose well.

As noted above, the design and materials are fine. However, proper assembly was impossible as holes were not drilled and the dowels were much too small. Tape was good enough to make the dowels useful and I drilled holes myself. Assembly was aided by using an electric drill for screws. You can't store many shoes here. It is definitely not for a family of four. But it is adequate for a couple, and it is perfect for a single household. It is sturdy, and it fits with my decor.

It's not bad for the price. It's sturdy enough that I'm not worried about it breaking on me. The bamboo is decent quality too. Solo assembly wasn't too bad, it was only a little difficult when trying to attach the legs via the mid span... but otherwise it comes with decent tools to put it together, and the instructions are adequate. The seat cushion is super cheap and not comfortable, so don't expect it to be anything special. My major issue with it, is that it has a distinct odor that hasn't completely dissipated since I bought it 2 months ago. I just wanted something to be able to sit on to put my shoes on, instead of the stairs, and this does the job!

I got my product and it had some pretty notable defects. I contacted the seller and they made fixing the situation easy and fast. It was otherwise exactly as portrayed in the ad.
