This great fan with 3 cooling levels is wonderful in summer. You can simply put it around your neck and get on with your work, or in the car, always a fresh breeze around your head. I've used it for the 2nd summer and haven't had to charge it yet. Easy to use, low price, worth all the stars.

The hanging fan is a great thing! It cools wonderfully - level 1 is almost too cold for me after a while. It's super quiet and very light. So far I can't say anything negative about it

exactly what you need. if it is very hot and you like it when something is always blowing around your nose, you should buy it. I also don't think it's too loud no matter what level, you almost have it on your ear so you shouldn't be *too * sensitive. I give it 5 stars because that's what I need and bought it for.
