    Powerful and well made

I really like this portable fan. It definitely has some punch to it. Only issue I have is the wind that is produced is very narrow. Meaning you have to point the outlet exactly where you want the wind to go. I wish the direction was wider so it would cover a broader cooling area.

    Camping fan is a hit

This is a great little fan! I have a lot of little fans and this is a unique one! I like that this is orange, so you can find it easily. It’s pretty lightweight, and only gets loud on high. It’s still not that loud. It’s a small size, but it does put out a lot of air flow. So far, it’s been really handy. I have used it on my waist, which is its unique design feature! It clips on, and then your shirt clips onto the other side. This allows for good air flow to get to the fan. It has a few settings you can adjust. This allows you to get cooled off quicker since it’s blowing under your shirt. You can also just use it as a handy little fan - it will prop up on a table nicely. Yes it’s small - but it has a decent amount of air flow for the small size. So far, I haven’t had it run out of charge since I’m not using it for long periods of time. It comes with a lanyard and charging cord, and was already charged on arrival. I like this fan, and it’s a good design!

    Clever design

I started with admittedly low expectations, I was pleasantly surprised. This thing is a lot more powerful than one might think, there are five speeds, to manage battery life and really makes a big difference in the extreme heat. In addition to the outside stuff, for those of us without central air conditioning, propped up on a kitchen counter while cooking or doing dishes helps immensely. The outdoor test was cutting grass on a riding mower with the fan on a lanyard blowing op under your chin ( even if your neighbors want to know what that thing is) is a game changer on a hot day without a breeze. The lanyard has clips that detach so you don’t need to take your hat off to put it over your head. The flashlight feature is really bright and the power bank feature will someday get you out of a dead phone battery problem. With no negatives to report, this fan is Highly recommended.

Very Good Waist Fan with Flashlight

This waist fan is small but feels well-made. It is powered by a 10,000mAh battery, allowing it to run for a long time. It has five wind speeds that can be selected by pressing the On/Off switch repeatedly five consecutive times. Pressing it the sixth time turns the fan off. Long-press the On/Off switch to turn the flashlight on. Long-press it again to turn the SOS mode on. Long-press it one more time to turn the flashlight off. Regular home fans generate a wide stream of air, while this fan produces a more concentrated stream. At higher speeds, it is a bit noisy. I own a few neck fans, but this waist fan is my first. I prefer the latter over the former because wearing it is more comfortable. I can wear it in the front or the back. I can also wear it underneath my shirt. The following organizations certify this waist fan: - FCC (Federal Communications Commission), which means it does not emit RF waves that interfere with other electronic devices, - RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), which is a set of regulations that limit the use of certain hazardous materials, - CE (Conformite Europeenne), which means it is compliant with European Union safety, health, and environmental protection requirements, - PSE (Product Safety Electrical Appliance and Material), which is a mandatory safety and EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) approval for electrical products sold in Japan. - UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed), which is similar to CE and is required in Great Britain. Therefore, this very good waist fan is safe to use.

Keep that sweaty shirt off your back

This is a handy fan. You can clip it on your pants/shorts/belt and clip your shirt to the outside of it. This ensures it's always blowing up your shirt. If you don't want to clip it to yourself, you can use the included cord and wear it around your neck like a pair of binoculars. It also has a stand that folds out from one of the clips so you can stand it up on a table in front of you and still have it angled up so you can feel the breeze. This puts out a nice amount of air. Enough to feel and make a difference at level 1, and enough to blow your hair back on level 5. It takes a long time to charge up, but the battery lasts a long time, as well. There is also a built-in flashlight, should you need it. And you can use it as a power bank if your phone needs a charge (just bring a USB cable to plug in).

    Low air flow

Fan was charged when I received it, was easy to use. Air flow on setting 5 was not as powerful as seen in video. Not much help in 100 degree heat.

The Socool fan is a great gadget with multiple features.

The fan has five speeds and is a little louder at the highest speed. There is a digital display that shows the gear speed and the remaining power. I especially like that the fan has a large battery and a flashlight that has multiple lighting functions. The plastics metal and rubber all look sturdy and durable. One of the USB ports is an output to make use of the internal battery as a charger for a cell phone or other appropriate device with the right cord. I have really enjoyed using all of these features. Nice work on this gadget.

    Very powerful

I thought at first this was going to be really heavy around my neck but I put it on and it was not heavy at all. It has 6 power settings and a light setting. Hanging it from my neck in front I have to expand the straps almost all the way open to have the fan low enough so as not to cause my asthma to flare up, only to cool me off. It worked out great. I would definitely use the high power if I had to set the fan on a near by shelf, as I was working. It has a small flashlight not flood like strength but enough to see near me when I need it. I highly recommend this fan for help keep you cool.

Bit loud, bit wonky, but it does sort of work.

This one is cool, but it needs some qualifiers. First off, the fan is... loud, at about 80db right next to the output at max. Especially at higher speeds(which you will need if you use it under your shirt, because it can't really manage otherwise), the speed is kind of embarrassing, , and the color is atrocious for what it is, going for a sort of military-nerd-esque olive drab green, which makes no sense because a fan this loud will override any camoflage you ever have anywhere. Remember, it is better for an electronic device to be Seen, because the last thing you want is to drop it and be unable to ever find it again. That aside, though? It's a 10k power bank with a USB-A port for charging other devices, which is itself pretty okay for the price. It's really best to think of this as a power bank with a decently robust belt clip and an attached fan than to think of it as a fan that happens to be a power bank, that does help it feel better in terms of value. It includes a lanyard line, but no cable. Which is fine, it charges on USB-C, but I do have to ding it for that, because for just shy of 40 bucks, I would expect an included charging cable.

    It does help some

Im giving this 4/5 for two reasons. 1- You will only use the max speed. the 1-5 range seems kind of moot. any setting lower than 5 your shirt will not let the air blow through 2- there is no filtration. If you are outside with gnats or mosquitoes, the fan will suck them up and blow them into your shirt. Aside from those 2 cons the blower works well. The quality is pretty good. It also doubles as a 10,000 mAh battery bank. it also has a built in flashlight. It also comes with a lanyard so you can hang it from your neck but personally i found it better to clip it to the back of my pants and blow across my back.
