I always found these to be so tacky and I low-key judged people that used them, lol. Baby no more!! This is the summer from hell, so I decided to try EVERYTHING, and so glad I did!!! This is so amazing!!! Nice cool breeze on the neck, back of the hair. Please get this thing. You will not regret! Battery life is not the best but it's not a turn off, for me. Just carry the charger and plug it in, in between outings..

Had to buy this to overcome the Texas heat, fits great, gives great cooling experience, not much noise, great performance and easy to handle.

I was so excited to get this fan. I have hyperhidrosis and sweat profusely on my neck and face. The box it came in was in good condition. And so was the box that contained the product. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars. Immediately after taking the fan out I noticed marks on it as if it has been scuffed. The cooling plate has sticky marks on it. I turned it on and you can barely feel any airflow on the highest setting, even though it’s very loud. The cooling plate did not cool after turning it on the first time. The second time it did start to cool a little bit. The digital display does not show whether the cooling plate is on or not. So you just have to wait to see if it cools or not. I don’t think it’s worth the money. I will be returning this. Update: the second one i received is ALSO USED. The cooling plate works better, but it still doesn’t turn on every time. It also doesn’t turn off every time you turn it off. When you charge it, it runs hot! When I put it on the charger it was at 30% , after 10 minutes it said 16% minutes even though the display said it “CH” for charging. Terrible product. Terrible service. Not to mention, pretty sure it’s illegal to sell used products when it’s advertised as new. Another update : I used it during one of the hottest days and it made me hotter than cooler because the back of the neck by the cooling plate gets hot. Just don’t get this product. Zero customer service. Horrible product.

I actually bought this for my dad, he is retired and likes to work on the yard everyday. Here in Texas, it gets really hot. I got this for him on Father's day, and had him test it out. So, the cooling plate at the back gets really cold, I was really amazed by that alone. The fans were strong, my dad was looking forward to actually using it. It charges really quick as well. By far the best thing to beat this heat.

So I opened my box charged it fully and was excited to turn it on. Right side fan doesn’t move at all cooling plate works well and left side fan but I needed both sides then while I’m trying to see if I can get both sides to work less than 5 mins the battery has dropped 7% on F2 function and C2 temp set which is the middle it also doesn’t seem to be circulating when I pressed the F4 function. So my product is damaged and the only way to get a refund is to send it in yet I don’t have an UPS shipping store around me the closest one is 35 miles away just to save money I shouldn’t have to deal with all of that too much stress $46 bucks down the drain

The cooling plate on the back is awesome! cools down your spine very well. Mine came with all 3 fans working. Disappointing that vents on the side do not run through the cooling coils in the back. they just pick up air around you and shoot it straight up. it is loud when turned on. I live in south texas where its very humid. just keeping the cooling plate running entire day without the fan mostly outside drains battery by 3-4pm new. charging takes forever! hours and hours! it is very bulky for me(slim athletic 5 feet 8 inch male) do not try to turn your head much. it does work to cool you down a little. but i was expecting more from images advertised.

Wish the fan went along the sides further down then it does. Blows cool air for my ears but would prefer something more for the back of my neck Powerful fans, cooling plate works great, gets snagged in my hair if I quickly remove it but other than that I like this thing.

I charged it, ran it on low 3 hrs and was much relieved from greenhouse heat. Hoping it holds up. These are cool tech devices for function, not entertainment, and am glad I bought it SO FAR!
