Received the Reemix handheld garment steamer today. Was straight forward to setup. Noticed the blue plastic cover on the steam plate was scratched, metal underneath was in new condition. Filled about 30ml shy of full and began to use. Started quick to steam. Light stayed red for a bit then green, but only stayed green for 15 seconds at a time roughly. I noticed it would also make a occasional puffing noise and release extra steam? Product does produce nice steam but after about 5 minutes I noticed some water drops on my hand holding the device, saw it drip from the bottom of the tank seam

I had a wedding to attend in Hawaii and thought this would be perfect to travel with. The design is small, lightweight and easy to pack/unpack. Easy to use. Once you fill it with water and it's powered on, the steams start right away. My only drawback on this, when in use, it does stops until it warms up again and steams starts again. I had to stop a few times when I was steaming my bridesmaid dress. It would have been nice if it came with a bag or something to put everything neatly away.

I've been using this steamer for a few weeks now, and I'm so happy I got it. It is a nice color, is heavy enough to know it's well built, yet light enough to make steaming your garment a very easy chore. After putting in the water, it heats up fairly quickly. When I do my laundry at the laundromat, I take most of my clothes home instead of putting them in the dryer there. Most everything I wear is cotton, so I don't want things to shrink. I have a drying rack at home. Normally I'd need ro iron everything, which is a pain. Now, especially for dress shirts, I can just use this steamer to get out wrinkles. Actually, I find ironing a big pain, and I really don't get things as wrinkle-free as I'd like. This does the job better, quickly (as opposed to ironing) - it's very easy. I'd definitely recommend this product.

I really suck at ironing so I thought I'd try this steamer. This should be a quick and efficient way to keep clothes wrinkle free. It is pretty portable because you can fold it. This means the water tank is small too. It can be tricky to fill without spilling, and a slightly larger opening would make this process much easier. With a 1300W power output, this steamer heats up very quickly, ready to use in just 20 seconds. That being said, the usage time is limited. After a few seconds of continuous use, the indicator light turns red, so you need to wait before you can steam again. This constant pausing can be a bit frustrating when you’re in a hurry. The lack of an on/off switch is another inconvenience. The steamer starts heating as soon as it’s plugged in so if you're not ready you should not plug it in. An on/off switch would provide better control and safety.

This is one of the fastest, non-dripping steamers I have. It is small and light. It heats up quickly and irons a shirt fast. The design is ergonomic. It is lightweight and buttons are placed right. It is easy to hold. The water is easy to pour into the water container. It is easy to snap in and out. There is a silicone plug for filling water. There is a small bristle brush attachment for front of steamer. There is a red/green indicator led on top. A steam release button is on the handle. The steamer starts heating as soon as it is powered on as there is no power switch. As soon as it is heated, it steams and once in a while it goes red as it reheats. It takes about 5-7 minutes for a shirt and uses about 1/4 of the water. Once unplugged it takes about 45 minutes to cool to lukewarm. Overall, it is a great steamer. Minor setbacks include power switch, no wire tie/strap, or a storage pouch. It would be nice if the cord included a GFCI type plug where you can use to power on-off as alternative to power switch. I did not test leaving it on until it shut off by itself. Also a silicone storage pouch would have been helpful to keep in while hot and/or use the same for travel. This is a nice travel steamer and at a good price.

While this little unit doesn't have the power of a professional steam unit, it's a great option for travel. It heats up fast, and produces enough steam to take the wrinkles out of some "test" T-shirts that had been lying in a pile for well over a month, with just a few passes. Once the unit is heated and producing steam, it will run continually, only occasionally cooling enough for the indicator light to go from green to red, but then it takes only 5-10 seconds for the unit to recover, the green light to come on again, and you're back in the steaming business. The diminutive size of the unit makes it a perfect travel tool, providing you're not somewhere that has only 240 volt AC power. It would also be a great option for that student who never quite seems to have his or her clothes "school-ready", giving them an option to walk out the door not looking like they dressed out of the clothes hamper! And of course, something like this is just the ticket for those items that need a little love, but can't be ironed (like curtains).

Truly heats up fast, less than 30 seconds on average. The steam quality is fantastic, and gives a constant steam for at least 30 seconds at a time as well (that's the longest I've kept it going for at a time). The water tank seems small at first, but I've been able to steam 4-5 pairs of pants and 2 jackets without refilling. Much faster and more efficient than my old travel steamer. The fabric brush attachment is also great for catching hair and fuzz at the same time. It folds up neatly for easy storage and the front plate doesn't heat up as much as I thought it would, so I can put it away pretty soon after use. Definitely an upgrade from older travel steamers, and I highly recommend!

This steamer is very easy to set up and is ready to use in a minute. You just fill the water tank and plug it in. It starts to heat up immediately and is ready to go in about 30 seconds. After that you just press the trigger and the steam will start to flow. I have not used a steamer in the past so I have nothing to compare this to but it seems to put out a strong stream of steam. The steam penetrated and flowed through the cotton pants I tried this on. It removed the wrinkles after a pass or two over the pants. This will be nice to bring on trips to freshen up wrikled clothes after being packed in a suitcase. I lowered the rating from 5 stars to 4 because it does not have an on / off switch. As soon as you plug it in it starts to heat up. You can't just leave it plugged in, you have to unplug it between uses. This could be an inconvenience if you used this on a daily basis. I've had a clothes steamer for erm decades? It has its own bag and getting it out is a production. So it sits in the basement. I was excited to try this one because of its size. I don't plan on traveling with it. My main concerns were--1) Does it work? 2) Is it easy to use? 3) Does it LEAK? 1--It works! It does what it's supposed to do. 2--I thought it didn't come with instructions but realized I had already taken them out of the box. I didn't need them. It's simple to set up and get started. I could steam my kid's wrinkled fancy shirt in about 3 minutes. 3--It did not leak. This is big/important because that water can gets hot! I've used this steamer once so I'll post more as I go to town on more clothes. I recently ironed everything in a binge so I'll have to wait until the wrinkle-fest begins again. Just make sure you put the plug back in all snug and you should be fine. Potential CON: If you're picky, the item is a bit bulky and might take up a lot of room if you use it for travel. In the pics, you can see it with the handle down and with it folded. For me, I'll be using it at home and storing it in a closet where it will take up about as much room as an iron. I want to see if it will work on steaming tile/grout. I'll read the directions and see if it's meant for that. It does come with a scrubber attachment so I'm assuming it will.
