I have always hated washing windows. This makes it easy. The adjustable pole allows you to reach wherever you need. The squeegy works great and the microfiber rinses perfectly clean between windows. Couldn’t be happier with this window washer!

While far from perfect, overall I think this is a pretty good window cleaner. I got it specifically to be able to do my 2nd floor windows which I haven't been able to do for years :(. This helped me to do that and they came out good enough. A little streaking but far better than otherwise. I do like that it's all collapsible into a small package that makes it easy to store. There's about 8-10 pieces to screw together in order to build out the full pole and as you can see from the picture it does bow a little when used. I do like the bowing actually because it helps with getting leverage to pull the cleaner up and down on the window. I wouldn't recommend this cleaner for someone who wants to get into cleaning windows professionally or semi-professionally but for a homeowner just wanting to keep up with basic window cleaning, it gets the job done with no frills. The squeegee piece is a bit hard to control from a distannce and that's what causes the streaks. Next time I'll try using the grey fabric attachment to try and the orange to wet and see if that's a bit more consistent than using the wet followed by the squeegee. Overall, I'm pleased, because I got my windows cleaned and that was the intent (3-4 stars).

I'm amazed that something that packs into a box not much bigger than a shoebox and weighs less than an ordinary broom can quickly and easily be assembled into a 20-foot long pole and cleaning head. When assembled to full length, holding it at less than a steep vertical angle shows it to be very flimsy--it really bends. But it holds together, and really it's hard to picture why you'd want to hold it at other than a steep vertical angle, unless you need to clean something on the other side of a road or alley for some weird reason. At a near-vertical angle it's reasonably steady, and easy to manipulate. If you don't need the full height, just leave off the sections of tubing you don't need. That's not as convenient as the telescoping type of pole cleaner, but I've never seen a telescoping version with anywhere near this reach. From my back deck I was able to reach the gutters at the top of the gable of my house, 2.5 stories up. (Not that this is a good tool for gutter cleaning, and it's not what I need it for, but I was surprised to find it sort of worked on the gutters.) The assembly mechanism is solid, it consists of several short sections of tube that screw together end to end, and they feel very solid attached. The cleaning head, which is a combination squeegee and dust-mop, is light but effective--a more mop-like covering fits over the dust mop for wet work, and does the job. I'll be getting a lot of use from this thing.

This Window Washing/Dusting tool set is light duty but is useful for a multitude of functions. I can reach my 2nd story windows and I use this set in combination with my pressure washer for cleaning the vinyl siding on my house. This tool set has fairly light duty sections when assembled and its hard to put a lot of pressure on the cleaning surface but it has held up so far.

Finally, no more ladder! I have a small home, but with 12 foot ceilings, so about once a month I have to drag out a big ladder to reach to clean dust and cobwebs, getting up and down and moving the ladder again and again is awful! But with the Reach Squeegee window cleaner and duster my life has become so much easier! The long extension pole come in pieces that easily screw together to get the correct length, and then is easy to unscrew and store away, even my teenagers don't mind doing this job. This is a wonderful tool and I can't believe I waited so long to get one.
