Goodbye to the Nasty Bathroom Rug

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I am not fond of the texture or the feeling of stepping out onto a hairy bathroom rug when my feet are wet. Just thinking about all the gross things that rugs collect and then them getting stuck to my wet feet sends shivers down my spine. But this product solves that problem for me! It does everything that it says it will do. It didn't have a foul smell to it when I opened it, as a lot of other people said that it might and I was prepared to let it air out for a while, but I was delighted when I could just use it immediately. Comes with nonslip mesh to lay under it, a piece of sanding paper, and care instructions. I got the extra large size and I think it was worth it! Absorbs the water super quick, right before your eyes, and feels like stepping onto a creamy stone, which people with sensitive feet will appreciate, especially those sensitive to textures on their skin.

Keeps the floor dry and no more moldy bath mat.

I was skeptical of these for a long time. I mean an absorbent ROCK? Funny thing is, it actually is just that. I unboxed it - it came well padded in a sturdy box - and allowed it to sit as per the instructions in a cool, ventilated room for the odor to dissipate. First time I stepped out of the bath onto it, I was shocked at how the water just seemingly disappeared into the stone. About the only thing I wish is that it was a bit bigger as while I'm not tall, I am a bit older and... well, 'wider' so it's a small challenge to stand on this and dry off without moving one foot off of it. I will likely end up getting a second one and putting it where they are together to solve that minor issue. It IS a rock so it's not the soft, cushiony bath mat many homes have... that bath mat that holds water, has a big wet spot for hours after you step on it and can sometimes develop mold and odors from not getting a chance to dry properly. If you are looking for something easy to care for and that looks stylish, this is the thing. I also should note that it came with an anti slip material that goes between the stone and your floor that keeps it realtively secure.

    Strong quality

I recently purchased the SUFOR Stone Bath Mat and I am extremely impressed with its quality and functionality. The mat is made from diatomaceous earth, which is a natural material that is highly absorbent and quick drying. This makes it perfect for use in the bathroom, as it absorbs any excess water from the shower and dries quickly to prevent any mold or mildew growth. One of the things I love most about this bath mat is its non-slip design. I have had issues in the past with other bath mats sliding around and causing me to slip, but the SUFOR Stone Bath Mat stays in place perfectly. This gives me peace of mind, especially when my kids are using the shower. The mat itself has a unique stone-like texture that not only looks stylish, but also provides a comfortable and massaging feel under my feet. It adds a touch of spa-like luxury to my bathroom and makes showering a more enjoyable experience. Cleaning the mat is also a breeze. I simply rinse it off with water and let it air dry. The diatomaceous earth material prevents any bacteria or odor build-up, making it a hygienic choice for a bath mat. I also appreciate the size of the mat, as it fits perfectly in front of my shower and provides enough space for me to step on and off without getting my feet wet. The 23.62 * 15.38 inch dimensions are just right for my bathroom, but it is also available in other sizes to fit different spaces. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the SUFOR Stone Bath Mat. It is a high quality, functional, and stylish addition to my bathroom. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a new bath mat that is both natural and easy to clean.

A Game-Changer for Wet Bathroom Woes!

As someone who lives alone, I never really had much trouble with a soggy bathroom floor. But the story changed drastically when I started having frequent guests over. The traditional bathroom mat was doing little to combat the persistent dampness and ensuing smell from the constant shower use. That's when I decided to take a leap and try out this Stone Bath Mat. It's been about a month since I made the switch, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results. Gone are the days of a perpetually wet bathroom floor and the unpleasant odor that came with it. This mat has proven itself to be a game-changer. One of the first things I noticed was its ability to keep the area free of standing water. No more soaked traditional mats languishing on the floor! Plus, its quick-drying and super absorbent nature means that there's no need to worry about a damp environment breeding unpleasant smells. Sure, it's a tad chilly to the touch in the morning, but that's a small price to pay for the efficiency it offers. I've even incorporated standing on the stone while drying off into my new bathing routine. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're facing similar bathroom woes, I highly recommend giving this Stone Bath Mat a try. It's been a total game-changer for me! Note: This review is based on my personal experience using the 32"x20" Stone Bath Mat in Cloudy Gray. Your experience may vary.

A bath mat that looks and works great and doesn’t get musty smelling

After getting and using one of these stone mats in my kitchen for drying dishes I loved it so much that I decided to try one for the bathroom. These stones dry incredibly fast as well as drying whatever is placed on it fast as well. They also don’t get musty and stinky like towles and regular mats which is wonderful. When they get dirty you simply wait for them to dry and then sand them down with the included sandpaper then dust off the powder. It works very well especially if you have pets, their hair is easily scraped away with the paper and the stone is kept looking clean and new. We can’t use traditional bath rugs because for some reason the dogs pee on them but with this that isn’t the case. It looks aesthetic and clean on your bathroom floor and although it doesn’t feel all soft and fluffy between your toes it fulfills its purpose by keeping your floor dry as well as your feet. Although this is my first bath mat, I’ve had a few of these stones throughout my home and what I’ve discovered is there’s different qualities of it. This one comes nicely packaged and so far appears to be a good quality one. I’ve only been using it for about a week outside my spa tub, but the whole family has stepped on it and we’re all very happy with it. My only complaint is I wish I had purchased a bigger one but that’s in no way the fault of this company or their product since the dimensions were listed and accurate.

    Stays dry

This mat really stays dry. If you want to get rid of damp bath mats, this is for you! It may take the “coziness” feel out of your bathroom but it’s modern and minimal design makes up for it. I was worried it was going to make me feel cold once I step out of the shower since it’s made out of stone but it doesn’t feel cold at all once I step on it with wet feet.  The size might be a little small if you have a big bathroom so make sure you order the right size but the smallest one they have is perfect for bathrooms if you live in an apartment.

    Works as advertised

I like the anti slip pad it comes with. Read the instructions and follow them. I put the instructions, and sandpaper between the mat, and stone itself to keep them safe. Perhaps you could put them in a big plastic bag to keep them from getting wet. Your feet seem to have a little stick to the stone, and it is safer because it is not slippery. My only suggestion is to not put the company name on the top of the stone, but on the bottom. Well done!

    Very poor quality

Thought that for the price these would be our solution to getting rid of traditional floor mats. These stone mats warp after just a few uses. It’s very noticeable. Also it is impossible to clean pet stains off these. Our cat urinated on it and stained it permanently. Bleach, nature’s miracle, and various other solutions did not work. The manufacturer’s cleaning instructions are useless. We do NOT recommend this product.

    Absorbent and fast drying mat

This stone bath mat has a couple stains/dirty spots when received. It comes with a nonslip rubber pad to put underneath so it doesn’t move/slide easily. Based on the instruction, it seems to need regular maintenance to keep being functional and look clean, same like traditional cloth mat that needs washing/cleaning every now and then. From my understanding is that the sandpaper it provides can help getting rid of dirtiness it collects with use, and if it get warped in shape due to large amount of water absorption, run it under water for about 10 seconds then flip it upside down to dry can even it out again like the same method for a warped long used mattress. For my experience, it does get dirty overtime, photo attached here is after about 2 weeks of use. Since it’s light colored, it does get dirty from feet stepping on it before getting in shower/bath as floor can’t be 100% clean at all time, therefore the sandpaper, which is pretty thoughtful. Be sure to wear a mask during sanding so you don’t inhale the diatomaceous powder. Overall a neat looking mat, more absorbent and faster drying than carpet mats.

A good idea but full functionality limited by size

Diatomaceous (in addition to being a great spelling bee word) earth is a HIGHLY absorbent substance that I first learned of for household use as a really exciting kind of dishrack on which I’m able to take kitchen items from either hand- or machine- wash and let them drain quickly without leaving water all over the place. A great idea for dishes, and in theory a great idea for human beings who get wet. In the excitement area, this roughly 2 by 1 ¼ foot bathmat delivers. You can stand on it and walk on the floor without leaving a slippery trail of water behind. So in that regard it’s a huge success. The problem is that it is very slightly elevated and the limited space is not one on which the gymnastics of getting all over dry are easily achieved without a certain degree of acrobatic skill. (I might also add that I have a perfectly functional but utterly artificial hip on which I walk 6 miles daily for exercise, so some of my fear might be related). I’ve solved the problem by putting down a conventional carpeted mat (I had previous to getting this) and am able to step from carpet to quick-drying mat (I don’t want to write Diatomaceous again as proven by spellcheck chiding me) and I can walk across the floor without risking a lawsuit form the people I live with who, frankly, are already out to get me. I don’t know how easily a larger piece would be to navigate, but this is pretty much for standing and drying the soles of your feet, and if adventurous, up to your knees. I like it and the more I use it, the more I kind of enjoy it; but it’s not fully what I wish it were as a place I can easily and comfortably stand a dry off all over.
