- Tjitske2023-05-26looks nice, gets warm
This is a nice basic towel warmer. I like that it can be hardwired or simply plugged in. I will be renovating my bathroom soon, so I can use this plugged in for now and have an electrician hardwire it later for a clean look. It is a good size and does get warm. I like to leave my towels on it for at least half an hour before taking a shower/bath so the towels are really warm and toasty.

Who doesn't like a nice warm towel. I feel this is genius. Highly recommend
- Krystle2024-05-26So far so good
I've had this installed for a month now and it works great. Compared to other units for over $500, I'm happy with how it works, looks, and the size of it. The timer feature can go up to 9 hours, and the temp between 115 and 155 degrees. Great value for the cost.

This thing is pretty cool You really need to turn it on like 3 hours before your shower to even really significantly warm up your towel My husband and I like to tuck the towels in between the bars or else really just the middle of the towel gets hot.. I would say the biggest bummer is you've got to remember to turn it on a few hours before your shower If you don't you're bumming.. If you do it's really nice to wrap around in a warm towel after you get out of the shower I wish it had a preset button where it would turn on by itself at a certain time... Or be able to program a time on and what time off... instead it turns itself off after a certain amount of hours... Which is really good if you're worried about fires but not helpful if you forget to turn it on like me 🤣

I purchased the towel warming rack hoping to add a touch of luxury to my bathroom. It worked great for 3 months. However, the faulty wiring caused it to overheat, resulting in a burnt hand. This product is a safety hazard, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. Not only did the towel warming rack fail to provide the expected warmth, but it also posed a serious danger. The burnt hand incident was not only painful but raised serious concerns about the product's safety standards. The wiring seems to be poorly designed, putting users at risk of injury or even fire. This purchase turned out to be a regrettable decision, and I strongly advise against buying this potentially hazardous towel warming rack. Avoid it at all costs. Edit: the seller did reach out and provide a replacement and my new towel rack works great!

If you have the foresight to plan your showers ahead of time (I don't, thanks ADHD) then this warmer might be a great option for you. Personally, I am always cold and was really looking forward to "fresh out of the dryer" warm towels every time I showered. My hope was that I could turn this on when I got in the shower and the towel would be sufficiently warm by the time I got out. Unfortunately, it requires 45-60 minutes depending on ambient temp, even on the highest setting. And sadly, while it does get warm, it doesn't get hot, which is actually more along the line of what I was hoping for. Install wasn't the most fun thing I've ever done on account of needing to install it into a wall covered in ceramic tiles. On drywall, it would be a cakewalk. Overall, if you don't need piping hot towels immediately on-demand, this will do the job. I imagine that suits most people just fine, but as someone who would feel right at home in Death Valley, I will be continuing my search for warmth.

My wife loves this because she already head in to the bathroom and hour before her shower to turn on a heater. She just added this to her routine also. I take showers spur of the moment so I never turn it on in time. Now a few key points - It does dry your towels really quickly after use. - It was really easy to install and set up. The hardest part was taking the chance of drilling a hole in my wall since I actually hardwired it to a power source. It says to have an electrician do it but sometimes you have to live on the edge with DIY projects. The directions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow. It is more cool than functional in my opinion but my wife disagrees. She loves it and the concept of it

I wasn't looking for that fresh out of the dryer warmth, but it would have been nice. However, with this towel warmer, it does keep them warm. While it still is a little warm and sunny outside, I noticed that in the morning, it is still a little chilly and does help when it comes to keeping me warm, especially on a cold, tile floor. This was really easy to setup and install. It did come with everything needed to install too, except for towels. I found that how warm the towel gets kind of depends on the thickness. I have some not so thick towels and some very fluffy and thick towels. I noticed the decent ones, similar to beach towels, those do get nice and toasty. However, some of my thicker towels, they get warm but not as warm as my other ones. I have also noticed that when I put a wet head or regular towel on this, it seems to dry them a lot faster. Will definitely come in handy during the cold winter months.

This is a nice feature in a cold weathered state or just because it's luxurious. Depending on thickness of towels will be a different sensation of warmth and comfort. It's a lovely spa like feature to have at home.
