I had a total bathroom remodel and decided I wanted a stand-alone towel rack. This works out nicely. There were cheaper ones but this one was definitely worth it. Fits in well with my "new" bathroom.

Well made, easy to put together, height is just right.

Able to assemble pretty easily. At first one of the bars was wobbly but we were able to reassemble and all was fine. It works well and looks great. Great value.

Pleasantly surprised. Didn't know what to expect because it's not a company I recognize but everything about it was as though it came from a big-name, top-quality design firm. Excellent packaging. Sturdy parts. Very smart design: easy to drape towels over bars because of open design. Two-tier design is smart/useful. Marble base a perfect piece of stone and does its job of anchoring. Matte black finish perfectly matches our big-name plumbing fixtures. Product does require a few minutes of assembly; you just need to be handy enough to hold parts in alignment while wielding the provided Allen key. Printed instructions are thoughtful and good – minor tranlation errors easy to ignore. Minor design gripe: Even after tightening all parts and the two screws as far as they'd go, I'm guessing the screws holding the bars' positions will loosen and need retightening to prevent pivoting. A design using two screws per upright, or some other variation that would prevent the two uprights from pivoting, would be better. But overall, more than pleased.

Great for a small space where you do not want to screw a towel bar into the wall, and you can take it with you when you relocate. I have found it to be very sturdy...and yes, every once in a while, I have to straighten the bars to make them exactly parallel. I have not had to tighten the screws at the bottom but even if I did, that is a minor inconvenience when you consider how beautiful the towel rack is. Someone suggested using a washer under the screws to help stabilize the bars a little more, so if I ever have to tighten the screws, I will add those. I do not put large bath sheet towels on it, but it can handle a really wet tub mat, which is pretty heavy. I would highly recommend this rack if you were looking for style and elegance and function.

It’s nice to have something to hang clothes on that you might wear again, but the poles wobble and do not screw in tightly.

This stand was ordered for a guest bedroom; it works perfectly in a small space for towels. It also works great as a stand for throws or a small quilt; the marble base keeps it from tipping over. Although other reviewers mentioned issues with adjusting the stand so it wasn't loose, I had no issues putting it together and tightening the bottom screw.

This towel rack is great! The base is heavy and sturdy. We use it for three towels and a shower bag without worry of tipping. I wouldn't mind a little more space between the bars, but it is sufficient. Towels dry with no problems.

We needed a freestanding towel rack that could hold two large bath sheets and after searching and trying out a few other models, finally found this one. It’s not perfect - I wish there was a little more room between the two rods. But I do appreciate that it’s pretty sturdy.
