I love this unit. I didn’t like the taste of water. People would say, but water doesn’t have a taste. I guess they were right. But chemicals and chlorine have taste. Now that I have this filtration system, I’m actually drinking water and enjoying it. And it feels good knowing that I’m not putting those forever chemicals into my body. Very easy to use.

Delivery was quick and product is packaged really well. Quick start directions are provided. We are renting house and have well water that measures between 355 ppm hot and 270 cold so needed reasonably priced portable unit to purify our water. We have been using for over a month and still have amazing results consistently measuring between 15 and 22 ppm! Very happy to no longer worry what other junk is coming out of that well!! A couple of things that may help. The unit has 2 sides to the water tank only the right side is used to produce clean water the left side is for waste water from process. So you keep filling the tank and the waste water gets mixed in and recycled. Designed to reduce water waste. It works great, but was confusing to me. So now you know. Also make sure you set unit somewhere out of the sun, not in quick start but recommended in full directions and it makes sense. Lastly, people complain about mineral filter overflowing, I’ve found if you let water flow through one of the pie shaped openings instead of the direct center round hole it flows freely without issue. Those are my tips and hope you love your as much as I love mine. Ps if I’m making water for washing my hair that needs no minerals I take the mineral filter off the pitcher to lengthen its life. I have been using the Stokk T1 for a few days now. Great tasting pure water. We have good water to begin with, but the T1 takes it to the next level. Plus as a recent transplant patient, the UV purification is important. The T1 did have a leak from the bottom, but the excellent Stokk support person suggested resetting the filters, which resolved the leak problem.

My pitcher fell of an brok that's the only reason there isn't 5 stars here. I love the taste of the water and it filters pretty quickly.

I purchased this for myself and also my puppy who hs kidney damage-- it was suggested that distilled water or reverse osmosis water would be better for her health. So I purchased this system, not wanting to invest in an under the counter system. This works great and I like it, however, the directions could be better about the fact that you have to dump the remaining water in the reservoir when indicated. It seems counter-intuitive for those of us who are used to coffee makers and other similar kitchen items with a water reservoir. Anyway, apparently some of the debris from the process gets sent to the reservoir and you have to dump it and refill. This means that the output per reservoir is kind of small--maybe one and a half carafes. Maybe I am doing this wrong, but I couldn't find any comprehensive videos on the units operation on Youtube. Overall, I like it and really like the display with information-- it is just not as convenient as I was hoping for-- yet easier than getting an undercounter unit.

I look at many machines like this one many with similar features. Stokk water counter top ro machine with UV and remineralizating made all the difference. Been few months now and I feel much better drinking pure ro filtered with UV water from the stokk ro machine. I highly recommend this unit. I give them 5 stars ***** Purchase this one and start feeling healthier within days. If you have well water consider getting it testing for contamination to make sure you not bathing in bad water.

It makes the water taste good. I’m 75 and remember the taste of fresh spring water from when I was a kid. I loved it. Over time I noticed that water didn’t taste as good. At one point I wouldn’t drink it unless it was flavored and sweetened. I had a kidney stone and started using a Filtering system. Not Brita, but an expensive five stage filter pitcher. The filters were so expensive that I decided to go ahead and buy a reverse osmosis system. I got this one with a coupon. I couldn’t believe how good it taste. When my nephew was over he didn’t believe me until I had him try a glass. He said after drinking it he could smell the bleach in the tap water.

The water tastes amazing. It’s so easy to use. I have not changed the filters yet so we’ll see how easy it is. It’s compact and silent and does what it’s supposed to do. I wish I had thought of buying something like that before. I recommend it.

I waited to see how This unit would work for me , I can't lift the 24 packs of bottle water because of injuries and I'm 70 years young . I love it's performance is excellent with the reverse asmosios, plus they send you an extra filter, the glass water pitcher has a filter also, I have measured the water after using Nd was able to get a reading of 2 each time. Saves me tons of money & not having to lift cases of water is a lifesaver. I highly recommend the Stokk it's easy to refill red light warning when needs new water. Holds 1 1/2 gallons of water.

This water filter system packs compactness of a 4/5 stage system filtration into a counter top unit without needing plumbing. Basically fill the water tank and turn it on. It does show PPM of water filtered and has UV also, which is an added plus. System will need 4 tanks of water ran initially to flush the unit, which should start to show the PPMs lowering on each flush. I've noticed it fluctuates on PPMs from 9-14 during usage. Unit will dispense 1.6L of water per tank fill. Single dispense per cycle is about 1.5 Qts of water. Unit will need to be placed in an accessible/open area, like a kitchen island/countertop to be able to remove the water tank from the rear. The tank does get heavy, so having to maneuver the tank in a tight area will be difficult for draining and filling. The tank is also tall, so filling it in a sink will need to have a deep sink or tall faucet to get it filled. The carafe sits on the shelf fine, but its not centered directly into the opening. Also, the carafe mineral filter needs to be soaked for a fee minutes and flushed, so do not use it initially before rinsing it out with clean RO water, as it does have some particles in it new, like carbon type dust. The carafe can have the top rotated to sort of close off the pour section of the carafe, but if you do this, and try to dispense into the carafe, the filter will start to back up water, as air is not venting out of the carafe, so make sure the top cover is rotated to pour to prevent this. The filter cartridges are 90 degree twist to lock/unlock and are accessible from the rear after removing the tank and foam insert. Display unit shows filter life gauge, so will have to see how long these filters last. Overall, this is very nice filter unit for anyone needing good RO filtered water, but cannot use a standard RO system.
