    The BEST Customer Service!

Good product for great tasting water! Everyone knows drinking plenty of water is important for health, but if I can smell or taste it, I won't drink it. This reverse osmosis system creates clean water with none of the smell or taste that you can get from city tap water. This SimPure countertop system works fast! It comes set up with the filters in place and you just have to unpack it, add water and plug it in. The packaging is amazing to ensure the product arrives in good condition. Within minutes you can get a pitcher of clean water. Of course, you do need to run it a few times prior to first use to, per manufacturer instruction - as with all new similar devices with filters. The water filters through 2 filters and is drawn up into the pitcher that has a plug at the bottom. When the pitcher is removed, the system simply waits for the pitcher to be reinserted in its docking space to draw more water. If you want cold water, you can pick your desired temperature setting for it. If you use a glass or other container to pour water out from the spout rather than the pitcher, the system draws filtered water from the pitcher for it, then automatically proceeds to filter more water and refill the pitcher. So you always have filtered water ready to go. I've started using filtered water for cooking since I can easily pull water from this and it creates more filtered water quickly. Using this system for cooking means I don't have to store a bunch of filtered water on hand, spend a lot of money for bottles of filtered water, or have to wait a long time for new water to be filtered. It works quickly and continuously, as long as you keep adding new water to the reservoir. I do want to explain that I had an issue with the original product I received, so contacted customer service. I received quick attention and resolution. The lady that assisted me was the same person from start to finish and even gave me options and asked for my input in the process. It is rare that reporting an issue to a company can make one feel happy, but I am very happy with this company and its product. I didn't get a scripted response or laundry list of what I must have done wrong - I instead was able to provide information and examples of the issue and then received the best, immediate resolution possible. Even better than great products are caring companies that provide good service to their customers fostering trust and reliability. From my experience, I know SimPure is a company I can trust for good, quality products and service.

    Pure clean water....and chilled

This is my first osmosis system. I usually just use the Brita pitcher. There's no install or parts to put together with this. Just find some counter space, plug it in, do a few first time rinses and that's it. The system is a bit larger thane of those kitchen aid mixers so if you have space it will fit. The unit comes with your first two filters...yes there are two...but one is high priced to replace. $15 and $50. but they should last a very long time. 6 months and 8 months for each filter. This has a pitcher that you can fill up for larger needs. I use this for ice cube trays and also for tea kettle and when I cook things that need a couple cups of water. The pitcher is room temp water. The other side does the cold water. This is great for when I need a quick glass or when I dilute apple juice. I also use this to fill my tumbler for the gym. Nice cold water right away. There is a small refrigerator inside so you'll hear the fan go on occasionally but it's not loud. You can turn off this feature if it uses too much electricity. The front panel has light up icons and it's pretty straight forward. Instructions are very good and show you all the features to use it. It also explains how to clean it and prime the filters (when they are new ). The flavor of the water is great. I didn't notice that tap water taste like I did with the Brita pitcher. but then again that's only small filtering where this is more like 99.9 filtering. This will save me money and space overall and from being cases of spring water. Just monitor your electric bill and if it gets high, turn off the cooling feature and just add ice to your water that you already made from this filter machine. has a large water tank in the back that is easy to fill, has a handle to lift it in and out. The only thing that i've read about reverse osmosis is that it strips all of the minerals form the water so those benefits are gone but we all drink plenty of other things to get minerals so its not a big deal.

BEYOND fantastic - excellent in every way - the one to buy

This water purifier absolutely blew me away. The first thing you will notice when this arrives is the amazing level of careful packaging. I don't think I have ever seen something packaged so nicely and perfectly. This is double boxed with very strong boxes, and custom, inflatable cushions that are so durable and protective you could use them as a life preserver. What a great start. The unit itself is IMPRESSIVE. I mean, quality all the way. This is comparable to that "A" company that makes phones. Yes, it is that good. Getting this up and running takes maybe five minutes. Except for the pitcher and base, which are separate (and attach in 60 seconds), you are almost instantly ready to start making some delicious, cold, purified water. The (2) high quality filters are already pre-installed. A few things to note: - This can purify up to 75 gallons a day(!) - Filter life is 528 gallons (that's a LOT of water) The capacity of the reservoir of water (to be processed) is 1.3 gallons, which should be WAY more than enough for most. There are basically 2 ways to use this: it comes with a really nice, high quality pitcher that mounts to the unit and can be easily removed for serving; or, you can place a glass on the platform and press a button which fills your glass with nice chilled water. You can also do both: you can leave the pitcher in place AND still have the side dispenser available for quick dispensing into glasses. You can set the water temp to the perfect "chill" setting for you. The water tastes great! This unit is VERY well designed and thought out. There are plenty of indicators to guide you in using and caring for it. Periodically (2-6 months), you will clean the unit with a vinegar/water rinse, which will remove any water scaling buildup. Don't worry, that is super easy to do and does not take much time or effort. To sum up, I think this water purifier is absolutely fantastic, and totally worth the very reasonable price. For the high quality and excellent performance, it is actually a terrific value. Highly recommended!

    Disappointing

Alright, it’s been several days since this arrived, and I am so disappointed with this. I set it up and followed all the instructions. I flushed the system six times per the instructions. Everything was put together properly and plush. The first thing that I noticed was that there is a very strong plastic smell to the unit. For the first few days, the smell permeated my entire apartment. It has mellowed out as the days go on but it was off putting at first. The initial round of water after the flushes had an add sweetness to it. Something that I haven’t experienced with other water. So I flushed it three more times. This seemed to help and the taste has improved as I’ve used it. I like the cooling feature a lot and I love the little pitcher. It isn’t super loud but does make some noise when you run it. Then the other day I woke up and noticed a puddle on the floor. Then I noticed the little puddle under the unit. I lifted it and to my horror, the unit had leaked all over the place, and damaged the paint. I’m a renter, so this will definitely end up costing me when it comes time to move. This worked fine for the first two days minus the smell and taste even with the initial flushes. Then it started leaking. If this is designed to be a countertop unit, why is it leaking? This is unacceptable at this price point. The worst is that I am simply testing this unit and it will end up costing me money to fix the damage it caused to my kitchen countertop from the leaking. I’m just hoping my landlord will be understanding. I’ve used a zero pitcher for years and never had an issue. A pitcher that costs $40 performs better than a $500 unit. That’s mind blowing to me. I’d suggest another brand because this is junk. I’m not sure if mine is missing some sort of plug or if there is a draining feature I’m unaware of. I’ve read through the manual and there isn’t anything that addresses this so I’m not sure how to go about fixing it. All the valves on the purifier seem fine and everything’s installed correctly. I even emptied the unit using the blue plug on the bottom and drained it. Then I refilled it and ran it again. The leak started after three days and has persisted since. I can’t afford to ruin anymore furniture and I don’t have a tile countertop. BUMMER.

This is the only five star review I've given in three years

This is my favorite purchase from Amazon. It's so simple so functional and something I've been waiting years to get as soon as the price came down. Well this looks like it's expensive at 499 a gallon bottle of water is $1.38 I drink about a gallon day, so let's say five days a week times 138. I won't do the math but now picture how much you save on stupid bottled water in a year? I hate buying bottled water makes me feel like they're gonna start charging me to buy wind or a 12 pack of air. I had this out of the box and working within three minutes you pour water in from your tap. You know the water that you would never drink on it there or try and use to put out a fire due to its overwhelming gasoline smell. That same water gets filtered through reverse osmosis, making it as pure as the tears of a child when you tell them Santa Claus just died. Can tell them Santa Claus needed dehydrate more he would've had he had this amazing plug it in wait three minutes and you have a cool glass of water all the time not just you have to go to the store and buy more plastic bottles ,frequently recalled and possibly Just tap water from the hose. I can't think of one reason why not to buy this , it absolutely deserves the rare once every three years FIVE STARS

Convenient pitcher for ambient temperature filtered water

Like many people, clean drinking water is a high priority for our family. We have used a water cooler dispenser for years, and enjoy fresh, clean water. However, going out and buying 5-gallon jugs of water can be costly and burdensome at times. We're always on the lookout for other options. After flushing out the unit 3 times (as recommended), we tested the water with an electronic water tester. We found that it scored higher than our tap water, higher than the fridge-filtered water, but 1 point less than the water from our water cooler. The unit works quickly. It takes about as much time to "brew" a cup of cold filtered water, as it does to brew a cup of coffee. And, coincidentally, the unit's pitcher holds the perfect amount to fill a coffee maker water tank. One thing to note is that while it is in "cooling mode", it uses much more electricity. Almost 6 times as much, by our watt meter's measurements. So, it could raise your electric bill significantly if you keep it in "cooling mode" 24/7! We did some blind taste tests of the water from this unit and the water from the water cooler. It did retain a bit of the tap water taste and we were able to accurately identify which glass held the water from this purifier vs the bottled water from the water cooler. This unit is easy to use, easy to fill, and significantly improves the quality of the water that comes out of it (as tested by my water quality meter). I enjoy how quickly I can fill my coffee machine's water reservoir with the pitcher, giving me the benefit of better water quality for better-tasting coffee. I was hoping this would replace the water cooler, but I'm not sure that it will. Refilling the tank is easier than lugging a 5-gallon bottle from the store, but even reverse osmosis filtering can't seem to hide the aftertaste of our tap water.

    Flawless!!!

This system really wowed us! The sleek design is very attractive on the counter and for the amazing amount of water it can store at the ready, it takes a surprisingly small amount of space. The features are amazing- you have a double filtered pitcher at the ready with room temperature water, and ALSO you can get the PERFECT temperature (adjustable cold or ambient) of water ON DEMAND by pushing the mug button, once to start, then once more to stop the flow. Leave a little space in your glass when you hit the button again because there is a slight delay for it to stop pouring. If you forget, or hit a wrong button don’t worry, there’s a drip tray to catch small spills. EVERYONE in the house is over the MOON about the taste!!! There is no unpleasant aftertaste at all. It’s very simple to set up, my husband had it all set up and ready to go in less than ten minutes. The water reservoir has a handy handle like a bucket, so refilling it is very quick and simple. It also self flushes to keep the lines fresh and clear. The production rate is very impressive- and I’m so stoked that the filter lasts such a long time! The convenience and purity of taste is WORTH EVERY PENNY! The whole family really loves this water filter, and getting my family to drink water is now 1000 times easier!!!

    Perfect for the office

Great for any location were you'd like filtered and chilled water. The unit works well and is easy to use. The device is large. In my kitchen it fit on the countertop and slid underneath the upper cabinets. The issue is that the water supply container loads from the top in the rear. This is impossible for me to do when it is slid under the upper cabinets. If you have a location to put it that enables you to have full access to the top you'll be much happier when it comes time to refill it or change the water which should be done on a daily basis. I really like this water dispenser. I especially like the chilling feature. You can bring the water temperature down to forty three degrees. I mostly dispense directly into a glass but if you just want ambient temperature water you can also pour from the included picture.

    Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System

This reverse osmosis water filtration system comes ready to use out of the box. All you have to do is plug it in and add water to the water tank. It comes with a pitcher that automatically fills up once the water has been filtered. Once the pitcher is filled, the rest of the water remains in the tank until you need it. It also has a cooling feature that will cool the water before you use it. I pushed the cooling button a couple of times and the temperature of the water got down to 56 degrees, and you can press the cold button to get it even colder if you like which is great for me because I like my water to be ice cold when I drink it. So far this water filtration system is working great. I believe that I have bought my last case of bottle water.

    Quiet, works quick, works well!

Ok...let me get this out...it is large and does take a noticeable amount of counter space. But it saves money on water bottles! So im willing to sacrifice the space for saving money in this US economy. It's quiet while it works. When I need water, it's easy to simply press the button and cold water comes out. Yes! Cold water! Not ice cold, but not room temp cold either. It's cold like if I had placed a cup of water in the freezer for an hour cold. As with all new things, it was a learning curve on how to operate it but it didn't take long to learn how to fill it with water, turn it on, and watch it work. Great product! Enjoying it daily! I use it for everything. From coffee to water for rice, its a part of my appliance family.
