    Perfect for my intended use!

I recently had a medical emergency that resulted in surgery and a one-week hospital stay. Since this was a totally unexpected event, I barely managed to grab my handbag before the ambulance arrived. I meant to grab my charging cables on the way out but forgot them in the fray. The nurses were so kind to charge my phones at the nursing station, but I left the hospital thinking I needed to prepare a light emergency bag to have on the ready for any future emergencies. Number One on my list? Charging cables, of course :)). Once back at home, I ordered two magsafe chargers to put in my emergency bag, along with chargers for my iPad, Macbook Pro, and other electronics, which gets bulky. Then I had an aha moment when I saw this cable, so I placed my order with much hope and anticipation. I'm very impressed with the quality construction of this charging cable. The charging heads have quite a bit of heft to them, reminiscent of high end HDMI cables. The sturdy flat cord is a plus for me as well, very strong and doesn't kink. I decided to replace the individual chargers I'd packed in my emergency bag with this one, and transferred the individual ones to my electronics travel case. For convenience, I will order three more of these to keep one permanently in my bag, one in my car, and the other one in my SUV so there's always a charging cable handy when needed. I love the minimalistic, all-in-one design of this cable and recommend it, especially when a small footprint is paramount.

    Versatile charging cable, very visible.

When I travel, I always carry cables so I can charge the devices I have with me. Most of these devices are now becoming USB C but I still have an older iPhone which uses a lightning connector. I also like to be able to plug into USB A outlets that are built into a lot of hotel rooms and cars but then also hook into my high-power charging blocks which are all USB C. Previously I had multiple charging blocks and multiple cables that I carried with me. These cables allow me to pare all that down to just a couple of cables and one charging block with multiple outputs and I can charge multiple devices, of different types, all at the same time. This is a high quality flat braided cable with solid metal ends that easily changes between USB A and USB C on one end and USB C and Lightning on the other end. The USB C to USB C is rated at 65w so can charge most of the newer high speed charging devices like iPads and even my Microsoft Surface. The included cable tie is always good to have and keeps the cable wrapped up when not in use. I really like the yellow/orange ends as it is something I’ll easily be able to see when packing up out of a hotel room so won’t leave this cable somewhere.

    Excellent

This is going to replace four cables in my travel bag. This is well made, well designed, and tests out great for data transmission and charging in every configuration. Quick charging and PD all confirmed working (as long as you use in USB-C configuration) It says "PD 27 Watt Max" on the cable, but my tester measured it up to 44 Watts in PD mode. The flat cable makes it super easy to wrap, keeps its profile low and the braiding sheath is one of the most durable I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot). This is not the first time I've seen the adapter-on-the-end setup, but this one is much better designed than most. Although it can be a tad awkward to have the yellow hunk of metal hanging off the side, it doesn't interfere with insertion at all. I have a phone case that is so bulky many standard plugs won't work with it because the insulation around the plug is too thick. No such issue here. If I'm being super nit-picky, the strain relief on the plugs is so-so, and you'll want to keep an eye on the velcro strip - the cable loop is a little big and it's easy for it to slip off. I could see it getting lost very easily. This is a very well thought-out product, and one I expect to use quite a lot when I travel. I will update the review if I ever experience issues with it.

    Love them

I have several brands of these cables, and honestly I cannot tell the difference in quality or speed. I bought the Chubby Cable brand when they first came out, and loved them. Now these other cables have come out in true form with different sizes of thickness, and honestly I like the thinner cables versus the thicker cable. Without running a speed test or charge test I cannot see the main differences besides the thickness of the cables. I have the iphone 15 and the wife has the Iphone 14, we don't need multiple cables or cords in the car, house or traveling with this one cable it does it all. The only thing I have found thus far is that it won't charge my laptop which requires a 65W charger USB-C anyway, but it was worth a try. I have been getting a few of these to hand out as gifts to my kids and close friends. Would definitely buy these again.

    Fits better than others

I like this cable better than similar cables because its thin at the tips. I have a different one that does the same thing but it has a round end and I can't get it past the cases of any of my ipads. This one slides through the openings on the cases and it charges fine. It has a little blue light on it to show its getting power. One thing to note is that it gets warm to the touch on the connecter while charging. I dont know if thats normal or not but its not hot. The power adaptor that its plugged into get warm as well. I'm not sure if that's because it charging at a higher wattage or what. It seems to be normal though. I like the cable. It seems well made and it looks nice too. The interchangeable heads is really cool. I can charge both my kindle and my ipad with the same cable. All I have to do is swap the heads. Also the heads stay attached to the cable so they don't get lost.

    iPad won't charge

This is a very nice braided cord with nice connections. The pull apart connectors appear sturdy and I like that it could be used to charge 2 separate devices simultaneously if needed. I was hoping to eliminate 2 different plugs I have for my iPad and iPhone in favor of this one cord, however, when I plugged one of the "Y" ends into my iPad it wouldn't charge which may be due to the case. I do, however, have similar cords with multi connectors and they charge my iPad with the case fine which is why I gave only 4 stars. While this cord is longer than my supplied iPad cord I think it could benefit from being longer. Also, while the concept of the split cord for charging 2 devices at once is great I think each split needs to be slightly longer to allow easier use of each device while plugged in. Granted that would make for a lot of dangling cord when only one is in use but maybe an attached cable tie would help in that situation. Aside from not working with my iPad and my desire to have a longer cord, it is a very nice quality cord. I'm just disappointed it won't charge my iPad. The case has an attached keyboard so it's not something I'll be removing just to charge.

    Handles all my Cable needs

Really into these combo charging cables. Replacing all my existing cables with these. This one is about 3ft long so it fills my intermediate slot. Shorter ones go in my laptop bag, longer ones for my living room so I can sit on my couch and use my phone while charging and then intermediate ones like this for my bedroom and kitchen where don't want the long or short ones. Have tested all combos and no issues so far.

    Time and space saver

My iPad is USB-C, but my "newer" iPhone is still Lighting. Get it together Apple! Anyway, every time I reach for my cable to charge one or the other, it is always the wrong cable! But this 4 in one charging cable solves all the world's problems (in the Apple World anyway). I can plug it into a USB port or a USB-C Port for power. Then I have two cable ends, a USB-C that I can plug into my iPad and a Lightning that I can plug into my Newer iPhone. I also like the flat braided design. It coils up faster and more compact and it doesn't uncoil inside my console.

Charges USB C and lightning at same time

The first cable did not charge the iPad as can be seen in the picture. The replacement cable does. Check the quality control. Good to charge 2 devices at once, especially for travels. The two heads are magnetic to each other. NOTE. The thumb grips just below the connector may not fit through your phone case to charge the phone or ipad case. This does not fit phones using Peak Design (pd) cases. Check this first. In my situation the first cable simply did not charge, not an issue with the ipad case.
