Not much different than a typical incandescent light bulb, but these are LED, they can dim and change many different colors. They can also be controlled through the manufacturers app or using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. These bulbs are great, I use Google Assistant and I can say "Hey Google, turn on the kitchen light to blue at 50%" and through the magic of wifi it is done. Very inexpensive for such a handy gadget. I love'm.

I’ve used smart plugs before to control a standard light, but this is my first go around with a smart bulb. Setup was a little cumbersome starting from scratch but once you’re up and running and want to add additional items, it’s fairly easy. The controls were pretty intuitive and easy to navigate. I used it with Alexa and I didn’t have any issues with acquisition of the bulb or maintaining the connection and sending commands. A solid choice if you need some special lighting effects or more control than a normal light fixture can offer.

I've got several different smart bulbs now and this one is no different from the others as far as set up goes. It arrived quickly and installed in minutes. Downloaded the app and following the instructions had the bulb working and integrated with Alexa in minutes. About the worst thing I can say is I had to download their app to get the bulbs set up. Some of the newer models on offer now don't even require the use of a proprietary app and integrate directly into Alexa or Google. Regardless, it works as advertised and I'm quite happy with these bulbs.

These Lepro B1 AI Smart Light Bulbs are really good!! After installing the app on my phone and registering an account, you can discover the lights which was a quick easy enough step. You can use the app to control the lights, HOWEVER, there's an Alexa skill. LEPRO+. After installing and allowing the account to sync, I can now control the lights as easy as I do all the others in my home. One pack of 4 of these costs LESS than one Hue light bulb, so the purchase is well worth the price. The light is bright and the blue, pinks and reds and greens are vibrant. You have all kinds of color options with the app, but if you're not interested in that (I'm not) just being able to control these lights through Alexa is truly the biggest thing. I am in love and totally recommend these!!!

I've had lots of smart bulbs. I've had smart bulbs that change color. These are the first smart bulbs I've had that change color and will pulse to the beat of the music. Alexa picked them up very easily. The price is very reasonable for the 4-pack. Setting up the bulbs 1 by 1 on the app, was a breeze. Renaming them was easy also. They blended easily into the routines I have with Alexa and made it a breeze to alter my routines. The bulbs themselves, throw good light. They dim for a nice glow too. They are easy to adapt for color on the app. Lepro has made me a raving fan and I'd definitely compare their products before purchasing other brands. The value and ease of setting up make these a winner.

I love smart bulbs. They're changed my way of life. I can remember as a kid laying in bed late at night just wishing I had a way of controlling my lights that wasn't all the way across the room. Scared of the dark at night? Yell and the lights come on. That would have been amazing. Now I'm an adult and smart bulbs are becoming common. You never realize how dependent you get on voice control until the cheap bulb you have blows out. Then it's on to Amazon to find a replacement, which is how I found these. These bulbs are impressive. Why? Installation took about a minute after I registered for my account. I turned the bulbs on, the app saw them within seconds, connected, asked me to name them, and it was done. DONE. There was no "Is your light blinking slowly or quickly?" with a little animated demo to show me how fast blinking "slowly" is. There was no light bulb strobing endlessly at me while I curse my phone and the demons who created smart-anything technology. They just WORKED. For that, alone, these get 5 stars. The app is fairly straightforward. You can turn things on or off, change the color (these are full RGB bulbs), etc. There are some advanced features I haven't played with much. There's an AI thing where you can tell it your mood, like "I feel happy", and it will create a "playlist" of color changing based on that. It was cute, I played with it for just a minute, and I think kids would love it. These are really nice bulbs for the money, and when I'm ready to buy some more I'm going to grab more of these. No headache install, that's worth double the price. I highly recommend!

NOTE: this bulb require you to use the "Lepro+" app, you cannot simply add this bulb to the Lepro app - not that big of a deal, but kind of annoying. - Seamless Control: The app allows me to manage multiple devices and set timers and routines, even when I’m not home. It’s incredibly convenient for automating my lighting. - Facial Expression Recognition: By snapping a selfie or voicing my mood, the AI generates lighting effects that match my emotions. It's a fun and unique feature, though I haven't used it much yet. - Voice Control: The integrated voice assistant makes controlling the lights simple. It’s also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, making it easy to integrate into my smart home setup.

I never thought a light bulb could be exciting but this one actually is! I got it specifically because I liked that you could set timer for it to turn on and my hope was - as someone who will completely ignore her alarms/turn them off and not remember - to set the time in the morning for the light to come on and hopefully wake me up with the light suddenly turning on (spoiler: didn’t work, I haven’t even noticed 💀) My only complaint for that specifically is you have to set a ‘gradual’ turn on, and the shortest time is 10 minutes, where I’d prefer to set it from just OFF to ON. Jolt me awake with the instant brightness of 1000 suns. Maybe the company can update their app soon with something like this for those of us who don’t want a gradual wake up lol. (Please?) It works as it should though! The app is SUPER easy to use and set the various features (you can set a time - down to the minute - for the light to turn on and/or turn off, and the days you want it to do so). I love the cool/warm color wheel, you can set the light to literally ANY warm or cool tone! And any brightness level from 0% (off) to 100%. The color wheel is also really fun to play with. I haven’t tried like the voice control or music sync or anything, that’s not really my thing, and I don’t have an Alexa either. But it did want I wanted it to do and I’m happy with that! I initially thought this bulb (well actually you get two where I thought it was only one, so that was nice) was really expensive but considering it’s functions and features I think it’s totally worth it. Doesn’t need any fancy lamp or devices connected, just screw it in any regular lamp and connect the app with Bluetooth and you’re good to go.
