Work well, strong magnet, doesn’t fall off

I use this on my new iPad Pro through the keyboards port to charge. It removes easily and connects easily. I don’t have to worry about pulling on wires when I pick up my iPad Pro. It has a light that shows when it’s connected so I know it is properly connected. Highly recommended!!

I like the idea of not having to constantly plug and unplug my charger. With this, one part of the charger stays in your phone and the other part stays on the plug. This device will allow you to charge different types of USB devices with the same cord, but it does require you to invest in multiple magnetic chargers. It would be nice if the company offered an assortment one could choose from. One other downside to this device is the changing cover on my phone case would not close with this on it.

This has been so essential to my ease of use on products requiring a usb-C cable. It saves you from damaging either the piece of equipment or the cable if accidents happen. The strong magnetic connection makes connecting speedy.

My fiancee is the queen of somehow snapping off expensive USB-C charging adapters in her laptop... she broke 5+ before I found this little magical thing. I HIGHLY recommend this for people who've accidently snapped off a USB-C cord inside their laptop. Buy without hesitation!

The adapter itself works fine ***when*** it's connected, but that's the problem: It is CONSTANTLY disconnecting because the magnet is ridiculously weak. If you just barely touch this thing or move your phone even at a slight angle the adapter immediately falls off. This was WAY overpriced to begin with, but is functionally useless because it is constantly disconnecting. So I bought another cheap adapter like this from AliExpress for $1.95 and it has a stronger magnet than this one. Don't waste your money. Update: The seller has responded and offered a full refund, which is greatly appreciated. They also indicated that they will look into the possibility of increasing the magnetism for this product. My original review rated this product as two stars, but I am adding a star due to the excellent feedback from the seller. If they can increase the magnetism, I would consider trying this adapter again. So for the product itself I would still rate it two stars, but 5 stars across the board for the excellent customer service and follow up.

Bought this for my Legion Go and it works great! It can get hot if you leave it connected and charging for too long, but other than that I’ve had no issue. It also works great with MacBooks, iPads, pretty much anything that uses usb c.

I've been really enjoying using this magnetic adapter within the last couple months. I have a photography light bar that's powered by USB C that i'm always plugging and unplugging. As much as I love USB C, always having to plug it in and unplug it constantly was getting a bit tedious. That's where this magnetic adapter comes in. It allows me to quickly and easily plug and unplug my photography light within fractions of a second, similar to the magsafe connectors on the old Apple laptops. Charging speeds are good, and there's even a little light to indicate when power is being transmitted through the cable. I also tested data transfer speeds, and i found no issues. Build quality is nice, being made out of what feels like all aluminum. My only small gripe with this product is that sometimes the magnet pulls out the USB C adapter if it's not being held strong enough. To prevent this from happening, I'd recommend disconnecting the magnetic connector at an angle instead of pulling it straight off period pulling it straight off (it's a bit hard to describe). Highly recommend!

The removal of the product from a connection often leaves behind the half anchored to the port because the magnet attachment is not strong enough for one hand removal. I would not select this product again.

Ordered 5 of these. Two have one style of magnetic connection and three have a different one rendering them non interchangeable. Not very convenient as I can’t just swap magnet ends. Didn’t notice until I had them installed and tried to attach power from one set to the device with the connector from the other set. Both sets are supposedly 100W 90 degree right angle. Edit: upon further investigation, it appears an em_layer must have put some 240W ones in the 100W box. I liked the 240s better so got more of them.
