When this cart is finally built, it seems solid. However, there are issues with manufacturing quality control and instructions. Three of the bolts did not have the appropriate pass through holes required to thread into the threaded holes. I needed to get my drill to create my own holes. Without securing these 3 bolts, the cart would not be able to carry as much weight. The instructions can be clearer as well. There's a bag of accessories (nuts, bolts, etc) that aren't mentioned at all in the instructions so I'm assuming that they shouldn't have been included. Fix the instructions, improve the quality control at manufacturing/packaging, and this is a 5 star cart.

There were some defects in the pieces that made assembly very difficult. There were alignment problems with some of the holes and one part was damaged to the point that the screw would no longer thread into the piece. Thankfully, I have a tap and die set and just re-tapped it and it was fine. But I shouldn't have to do that and someone less prepared/handy would've had a product that had to be sent back because they couldn't get the fourth caster on. There were also pieces that didn't even belong to this product (not even mentioned in the assembly instructions) and the labels for all the different kinds of screws and stuff were all on the OUTSIDE of the bag in which they came (see pictures)!! How is that at all useful??? Once assembled, it's okay, but assembly was a... pain.
