I recommend these earbuds. I read a lot of reviews and tried them out. It's important to try each earbud size - I was surprised that the large size worked best for me. When I first got them and tested them with the TV volume turned up I was so happy ...... I almost cried. I can finally go out shopping by myself - and am much more comfortable - because I bought these.

They fit really well for we. The arm thing works really good at keeping them snug. Excited to try them out a concert. Getting old and trying not to go deaf or worsen the tinitus.

I have trouble wearing ear plugs alot of times because they start hurting after a short period of time. I don't even own ear buds for this same reason. These little guys though, besides the dubbing down of harmful noise, I can't even tell they're there. Sound quality of what is heard is idk, amplified in clarity, if that makes sense. Seems to take and clean up the noise they allow through and 86 all together the noise they don't. I'd highly recommend these to anyone that works around painfully loud noise, or that still does the concert thing, I use them for everything from target shooting to mowing the yard, I've slept with them in even so the daughter could have a friend over and be girly girls squealing and all and I slept right through it all.
