Honestly, these are great. I have another (earlier?) pair of Loop earplugs, which I already liked, and these new ones reduce noise by 1dB more - and they come with "mute" things that you can put into the loop to provide additional noise reduction. Out of the box, they come with "medium" tips, which fit my ear just fine, and (as you can see from the photo) they come with multiple other sizes. The black ones are foam and, per directions, need to be replaced every 3-6mo. The white ones are silicone and can be washed. I bought the first pair as concert ear plugs after experiencing an enormously loud piano bar in New Orleans. I don't know if these new ones have a similarly flat noise profile - haven't really had a chance to try them out in that setting. However, I can hear my wife just fine in ordinary conversation with them on; her voice is just muted a bit. In other words: don't use these to do leaf-blowing. It won't block out that much noise. But for crowded rooms with loud conversation, I think these are perfect.

I've been using the Loop Engage 2 Plus Earplugs for a few weeks, primarily for sleeping and working in a chatty office. They're quite comfortable to wear for extended periods, thanks to the soft silicone tips that don't put as much pressure on your ears as hard plastic earbuds can. This makes them a decent choice for getting some rest without too much discomfort. In the office, they do a fair job of reducing background noise and chatter, though they don't completely eliminate distractions. The volume is lower, but it's not mute, which is good for situations where you're around other people as it isn't totally isolating. For sleeping, I use the mute rings, which fit into the loops and provide an extra 9dB of noise reduction when you need more peace and quiet. The various ear tip sizes allow for a pretty secure and customized fit. These are pretty pricey for earplugs, but they're very comfortable and help me sleep. Considering the comfort, noise reduction, and versatility, I'd give the Loop Engage 2 Plus Earplugs a solid 4 out of 5 stars, but I do wish they were a bit more affordable.

I was really excited to try these. Summer brings out all the fireworks at all times of the day and night. I liked the way they looked in the ear in pictures. Followed along while reading the instructions. Sadly, even the television wasn't silenced. They feel substantial and probably not easily breakable, just didn't do for me.

The new revisions of Loops are a nice upgrade over the originals. One upgrade appreciated is the new case that has grooves to keep the ear plugs snug in the case versus being loose on the previous versions. The inclusion of silicone and foam earbuds is also convenient. Some of the other reviews complain these do not block noise, but purchasing the correct version for your use case is important. These are made specifically for reducing noise, as Loop puts it, "take the edge off without affecting your speech." Its made to dampen noise in a noisy environment, like if you work in a loud environment. These work perfectly in that regard, and the included mutes gives you the ability to reduce the sound even more. These are great to keep in my work bag in case I need to filter out the noise and focus while at work.

I use earplugs regularly to protect my hearing and help me focus. These Loop plugs are well made and comes with a wide range of plugs in different sizes and colors. I think a lot of people don’t know how to insert them properly and get frustrated and give up. You have to really push in to get that seal. Also, this has an additional plug that you must insert into the loop for additional noise blocking. Without the additional plug in the loop, sound level is reduced but you can still carry in a conversation without straining. I actually love this level of customization! Is it expensive? Yeah… but if you are okay with the price, this works well.

I have auAdhd and I become overstimulated easily in public places. I wore these out when taking my kids to Skyzone and omg so amazing. It doesn't mute the sounds but simply turns the volume down to a level that's not overwhelming. I can still easily hear people talking to me close by. I was so much more relaxed and didn't get overstimulated. I will be wearing these all the time, especially in public places. They come with different sizes so you get the perfect fit and it also comes with another type of ear plug that silents the sounds even more. I cannot express how happy I am to have these.

These were fairly effective at taking a bit of volume off of background noise while allowing me to be aware of my surroundings. The key to getting them to work properly was finding the right size of ear tip. The medium worked perfectly for me. While in they remained tight and were comfy for longer sessions. Its a unique take on the traditional ear plug.

As a neurodivergent person, these go with me everywhere. I often use them in crowded areas to calm the noise. They make concerts much more enjoyable for me as well. I love that this option comes with clear and black ear pieces so I can switch out the style. I love and appreciate the diverse sizing in ear pieces as well.

These are great ear plugs. They're very good quality, a cute color. They came with matching and also black plugs in different sizes to make sure they fit. These are a hard material, others I have tried were more flexible but these allow a good amount of sound in while helping get rid of the overwhelm in everyday sounds.
