Description
Introducing our 3 in digital turbine flow meter - a reliable and efficient solution for accurate liquid measurements. Whether you need to measure water, diesel, gas oil, gasoline, kerosene, methanol, E15, or other low-corrosive, non-viscous liquids, this industrial flow meter has got you covered. The liquid flow meter is designed with power-saving functionality, automatically turning off the display after 2 minutes of inactivity. When liquid flows through, the digital flow meter will power on automatically, or you can easily turn it on with a simple keystroke. Additionally, its non-volatile memory ensures that your settings and data are retained even when the power is off. The default unit of measurement for this digital fuel flow meter is liters. If the unit is not in liters, please refer to the user manual to change it to the desired unit. It can be switched to QTS, PTS, L, GAL, m³. We take pride in delivering a calibrated product, saving you the hassle of manual calibration. Our factory-calibrated flowmeters provide accurate readings right out of the box, ensuring reliable and precise measurements for your needs. When you notice a decrease in the accuracy of the flowmeter, it is necessary to calibrate the flow meter to ensure precision. To maintain measurement accuracy, it's crucial to ensure a steady and stable pressure during use. Avoid arbitrary adjustments to the outflow position, as it may impact the precision and accuracy of the measurements. Keep in mind that the turbine meter is not suitable for direct, close-range connection to pumps, as it may cause interference and lead to data instability. For accurate readings, make sure the liquid flow velocity falls within the required range: 21-264 GPM(80-1000 LPM). Furthermore, if you intend to measure high-viscosity liquids such as lubricating oil or engine oil, we recommend choosing a gear flow meter instead of a turbine flowmeter!
