I didn't realize this was an actual sock. I got it for my son who has ankle issues and is constantly sprain8ng his ankles. He wears a size 14 EEEE. So, yeah. This was never gonna fit him. In fact, it doesn't even fit me, a women's size 11. So if tour feet are on the larger side then this isn't for you.

Review of single sock ice pack from Gosemai When this ice pack first comes out of the freezer, it is so cold that it is quite painful to wear. I have found that the gel stays cold for somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes which, I believe, is about how long you're supposed to use an ice pack at one time. The sock provides some compression for my feet which are Men's 8.5-9.5 or Women's 10-11and wide. I had no trouble getting my foot into the ice pack. I do not recommend walking around with this on. The gel makes for a very unstable surface and, especially if you're already having foot or ankle difficulties, I can easily imagine someone falling because of these. Overall, they work well as long as you're going to stay seated while using them. They are well-made and the gel is thick and seems to be top quality. No complaints.

I played a lot of basketball in my youth, and I sprained my left ankle... often! The thing about sprains is, once you have done it the first time, it is even more likely every time from then on. I wish I had something like this back then to ice my ankle after a sprain. I was constantly trying to balance an icepack on my ankle only to have it fall off over and over again. NO MORE! This wrap is absolutely amazing!

It's amazing how this ice pack feels this should come as a set of 2 for those days your feet just feel hot. I like how this can be pulled on like a sock and the ease of getting it off as well is nice I'm impressed me the cushioned feeling on all sides nothing too tight anywhere on my foot or ankle and this fits sizes smaller than my 7 1/2 USA size shoe to maybe a size 10 foot

The compression is nice and comfortable, but the cold pack doesn't last very long even after hours of refrigeration. I also wish it came with a washable cover since it says it can't be washed, only surface cleaned so I worry that it might get pretty funky eventually. I just put on a clean sock before use and always store this in a zippered plastic bag. It's been very helpful for my foot issues, and a pair of these would be nice after a long work day.

I had foot surgery a few months ago, and every night since then my feet are hurting and swollen. The only relief I have comes from keeping them in an ice pack as I sleep. My favorite ice packs are gel filled ice pack ankle wraps like this one made by Gosemei. This iced gel sock covers the entire foot and the relief continues. The only negative (which isn't really a negative) is that they should be taken off when you have to walk- I found out after ruining a different gel wrap that these are not meant be worn while walking.

When you are over 40 and very active you can never have enough ice packs. If one thing doesn't hurt it's another. This Ice Pack for ankles fits wonderfully while allowing mobility. I love that it cover the whole foot and provides relief to a hard to ice area. It is truly a workhorse and I've put it through the ringer the past couple weeks. The construction is top quality and has great stitching. Plus it is comfortable to wear. It freezes quickly (about 15 minutes) and stays cold longer than many other ice packs I've used. It claims 25 minutes, but I'd save 15-20 minutes at a temperature that is actually beneficial. I highly recommend this ice pack.

This foot ice pack is great when you need to ice your foot in awkward places. It's basically a gel ice pack that's sock shaped without the heel section so it can fit various feet lengths. I wear a woman's size 9 wide but did find this a bit on the tight side. I suspect this would not be very comfortable if you have very wide feet. It extended several inches past my ankle. It is not lined so I ended up wearing thin boot socks underneath this so I could tolerate the cold a little better. The gel remains soft even after being placed in the freezer. It comes with a velcro strap across the top to allow you to secure it. Since it was already tight around my foot, I wasn't too concerned

Is a very comfortable soft material and it has a lot of gel dispersed evenly throughout. It has strong Velcro and stays securely. I love that it's small enough to fit in the freezer. It stayed cold for about 30 minutes the longer you have it in the freezer the colder it will stay. It also depends on the indoor temperature but it should be at least 20 to 30 minutes. This is something I definitely would use for occasional foot swelling and it also has many uses for the ankle and pain to the bottom of the feet.
