This is the most disappointing purchase I've ever made. The case is gigantic, I can fit my previous stethoscope case inside the EKO case. It's so cheaply made, it's almost laughable, not worth $40. The tray piece that holds the stethoscope is flimsy and not even attached to the case itself. When I take my stethoscope out the entire thing pops out. I paid so much for my EKO Core 500, I expected the same quality in their $40 carrying case. May be investing in some super glue now to glue this tray inside the case, where it should belong!!
