Two bedrooms have pet smell and the carpets will be replaced. However, new carpets (and the glue) may release some harmful gas. This monitor is exactly what I need. Data is very eazy to read, simple and clear.

I mostly use this to see how much I need to vent during 3D printing. I have the cheaper knockoff version but it's not as accurate or responsive. This one is great for me to assess how much I'm poisoning myself with 3D printing, which is the TVOC measurement.

I am using my kids room as an office now that she has moved out and there was water damage a while back. I was concerned about the air quality in the room since I spend most of my days in there. This thing powered in and started reading the air after two minutes. I have moved it around the room to see if there are different readings and there are. The good part is that none of the levels rise above what you’re seeing in the photo. It has a battery so I am going to see how long it runs on a single charge but after a few hours it’s still full. Had to google the TVOC and HCHO but easily states your looking at the air quality and chemical load in the air. As long as the readings are accurate I am feeling a lot better about the room I sit in all day. Worth the spend for peace of mind.
