    Good quality with nice features

This affordable collar is impressive as it has some neat features. The collar unit is lightweight and waterproof, smooth and easy to set up, easy to take on and off, gentle on contact with silicone covers that conduct the electric shock and protects skin from allergic reaction. The collar is plenty big enough and adjusts easily. I cut off 4 inches and sealed with a lighter. I have a 25lb dog. The shock is more aggressive than my other name brand but is adjustable very low, so low I can't feel it. My other unit is currently set at 22 (out of 99), this one is set to 04 with a similar size sizzle shock. The vibration is longer than I would like with a simple press tap, there is no holding it, it a one long vibration, but it is adjustable in craziness, from a gentle movement to a wake up from the dead vibration. The user manual could be written better as some questions are not covered and other advice is given that is not needed. It comes with a second collar in a pretty grey. I want to use it on my girl dog with her pink everyday collar, but it does not have instructions on how to switch out collars. There is a pin inside, but I see no way of unlatching it or disassembling the unit to remove the old one to exchange it. I don't know how long the battery lasts yet, but at $40 you can replace the whole unit when that time comes and get new everything. The remote is HUGE, like walkie-talkie big. Its a big as a cellphone. I was hoping for something half the size. It does have a lockout button for the shock, but not the beep or vibration. The beep isn't adjustable like the other two buttons, but its a good beep, loud enough to grab attention above a bark, but not so much that you hate to use it. If I could adjust it, I would adjust it a little quieter. In some ways I like it better than my $250 unit. So that is saying something. The charging cable for the collar is magnetic, so easy to attach, but also easy to knock over. But I like that I don't have to replace a water seal after unplugging it. It also charges the remote with the same split cable to usb charging cable, no adapter. I wanted to try this unit as the price point is very affordable and I wanted something to recommend to friends with dogs. Not everyone wants to spend $250 for a training collar. The beauty is, you don't have to spend that much. I'm very impressed with how easy it was to train my new puppy out of the annoying habits just by using an electronic collar. The key is to have one that doesn't scare the beegeebees out of them or make them panic and hate you. A gentle nudge of stimulation across the collar is much like the alpha dog nipping at the neck to put a dog in line. It reminds them you are boss and asking something of them. For us it was mostly to come when she didn't want to, because she was too busy doing her own thing. Another problem was playing games with our stuff, grabbing a kid's toy and running off with it and not giving it back. After a few training sessions with the collar, she now obeys immediately without it. "Drop it" and she drops the toy and sulks back away from it as it to say she's sorry. "No" now means something to her and she stops what she's doing and comes show loyalty. Being a dog owner is so much more enjoyable when they obey you and are loyal. This takes the frustrations away as this gives you the tool to have a dog that wants to obey. My previous dog was very smart and obeyed quickly with treats as the reward. I didn't even consider using an electronic collar. My new puppy is a different story, she's not quite as bright and is more fun, playful and goofiness, would chew and destroy everything to the point of chasing her and being frustrated trying to get her to sit and obey. I'm so glad I bought a collar. Night and day difference. At this price you can't go wrong, just don't shock with a high setting. That vibration button works, as well. You don't have to be mean to have an obedient dog. Treats and praise all the way. This is a great tool and the quality is there to be worth the investment.

    Helpful for Dogs

This collar is truly amazing in terms of functionality, effectiveness, and overall quality. First the range of 3300 feet, is excellent. Whether we're at the park, in the backyard, or even indoors, I can control the collar's settings from a considerable distance, it's also waterproof. The inclusion of four training modes – beep, vibration, light, and safe double shock – makes it versatile, the design is sleek and I like the magnetic charger. Furthermore, the collar's suitability for dogs weighing between 5 and 120 pounds makes it a practical option for a wide range of breeds and sizes. Whether I'm training a small terrier or a large retriever, I can trust that this collar will provide consistent and reliable performance. Overall, impressive range, durability, versatile training modes, this collar is sure excellent, great quality and value.

Quite intuitive - takes only 5 min to have it ready

I've been fearing that this device would a bit complicated to set-up and use because of so many functions, but it's definitely not. It took me just about 5 minutes to learn everything and have it ready with the correct length shock pins mounted. Of course the full charge took a bit longer, but the device for the collar came already fully charged and the there's a convenient y-cable in the box, which can charge the collar and the remote control at the same time. There's also a test light to test the shock pins so I didn't have to use my hands. Something I really appreciated. The remote can control two receivers with activating different channels: either one of them or both at the same time. The vibration strength can be adjusted freely and the shock intensity as well, but not the audible alarm, but it's loud enough. If you long press the channel selector you can activate a shock-lock to prevent accidental shock. So as long as no adjustment is needed, you can just chose one of the three buttons in the front and apply the suitable command. There are two straps for the collar. One in black and one in gray. Both are strong and adjustable from very small to very large. The wireless range is very long, so it always works as long as I can see to dog or even further away. It has been working very reliable so far. Love how reliable it works and also the convenience of the rechargeable batteries of both devices.

    Works Perfectly

I purchased this color for my Pomeranian that just WON'T stay out of the road, but thankfully my sister suggested I try out using a shock collar on her, at first I was very apprehensive about the idea of using "shock" to train her but after doing more research on it I found out that it just sounds worse then it really is, it's really more of surprising vibration to get her attention, which is a really good thing because I swear this dog has the attention span of goldfish! The collar fits her perfectly, it's not even bulky in size around her neck, and the controller is both easy to understand and you, but also SO VERY cute! I'm a Big fan of the color pink so I was very happy to see it came in such a beautiful bright color. I haven't had any problems with the battery life either, which is great, I'm also happy with the fact I'm able to stand at my front door and use it when she gets close to the road, so I don't have to walk all the way out there, it even works when it's raining. I'm happy to say in the last few weeks I've been using it, it's shown to help get her hard-headed butt to listen to me. All I have to do it show her I'm picking it up and she'll do what needs to be done, with I really love, Oh and when I take it off for charging and then put it back on her the following day she's not scared of it, I don't have to fight her or anything so I know it's not hurting her.

    Effective and easy to use

Product is as described. Easy to set up and use. The shock isn’t painful (tried it on my arm) and the vibrating it powerful. It’s helped with barking, chewing and simple commands. Battery life is good, used immediately without charging lasted all day plus some of the next. Definately work the money spent I would recommend this product to others.

    Awesome training collar

I have tested this out on my chow/cur hound. It works amazingly. Not only does it turn off to save battery, it turns back on with just a touch of the button. I also like that it doesn't have to be charged ever night to keep the charge. I charge mine about every 3 days. Works at a good range to. I have only one issue and that was it didnt come with a wall plug end. It had a charging cord but you have to provide your own plug end. I have recommended to to several other people already. Thanks for letting me try out the great product.

    Amazing!

Works amazing, our dog responds the best to the beeping noise, but there’s also a vibrate and shock setting. The charge lasts a really long time. We have used it for a week now and haven’t had to recharge it. I tried the shock on myself to see how it would feel and it’s just kind of like an EMS shock but enough to get your attention. I really like this item, it’s probably the best training collar for the money.

    Works Well

Took a few tries to set everything up, buttons are hard to read so the booklet was a big help. Best feature is being able to turn off and lock the shock. The sound works just as we wanted. We’re at the point now where we just show the collar and our dog stops whatever bad habit he’s doing…which is barking. Very durable and the battery life is great.

My dog stopped nuisance barking in about a week

I got my training collar with a preattached receiver that has two metallic contact points. It actually includes two pairs of contact points covered in silicon that I can screw in. The package also includes a white charging cable with which I can charge both the transmitter and receiver simultaneously. There’s a test-light bulb to check if the shocking function is working. The transmitter has big buttons and a brightly colored screen. However, the numbers and icons on the screen are not very large but I can still read them from an arm length's distance. The screen shows me the remaining battery levels of both the remote and receiver. I have four safe training options, such as dual levels of static shock, vibration, beeping, and light. The dual levels of static shock give me the choice between mild and intense currents, while the vibration mode has a range of 0 to 99 levels. I learned through online forums to just put the collar on my dog, not using it immediately. So, I let my dog wear it a week without using it. This way, my dog doesn’t think there’s something inherently bad with the collar instead of associating a shock with bad behavior. I can adjust the collar to a snug fit. Its also reflective and with the LED light I can spot my dog even when it’s pitch dark. In the beginning, it was difficult for me to set the settings to my needs. However, I learned that I can switch channels with the channel switch button marked CH on the right side and change intensity of shock and vibration by pressing and holding the shock respectively the vibration button on the right side while turning the knob on top to the desired level. The transmitter stores my settings for each channel, A and B. I can also transmit to both channels. I simply have to press the CH button a few times until both, A and B appear on screen. Yet, I am disappointed that I can’t increase volume of the sound. It's not very loud and I can't hear it from a distance. Before the collar, I tried positive reinforcement. Yet, when I was not present my dog did nuisance barking and made some neighbors angry. With the electronic training collar, I finally could correct this misbehavior in a few weeks. As the signal strength is strong enough to control the collar even when I’m indoors, I could train my dog with me out of sight hidden behind a window inside. As I was reluctant to make use of shocks, I did vibration first, then immediately a shock when he continued barking. However, I set the shock intensity to the lowest level first and then I slowly increased until the dog reacted to the shock. So I don’t give my dog shocks that are needlessly too high. My goal is it to train him, not to hurt him. Shortly, he made the connection of his nuisance barking with the shock, later on with the vibration. Nowadays, I only rarely have to correct him with the collar for minor bad behavior. And I'm relieved he stopped his nuisance barking in about a week. I charge the transmitter and receiver once a week. The receiver has magnetic contacts for charging whereas the transmitter has a USB-C port for charging. Both are fully charged in less than two hours but I’ve never had the batteries completely discharged. For safety, I don't let my dog wear the collar for more than half the day. The security lock on the remote also prevents misoperation, so I don't have to worry about accidentally shocking my dog.

    Multifunction dog control collar

This collar is great. It allows you to use vibration or a small shock. That’s equivalent to touching a 9 V battery to your tongue just enough to Surprise you but not hurt. You can shock yourself over and over again. The shock is fully adjustable, same as the vibration and you don’t have to worry about hurting your pet by using it. I would highly recommend this for any dog owner that has a dog that does something unwanted like barking too much, jumping on people or whatever it is that’s not a wanted trait!
