Great product! Easy assemble—took me just under an hour. The fabric is soft & it’s sturdy enough to support my 20lb cat. I did not use the wall supports. It’s a nice grey lavender color. This tree was an instant favorite with my cat. You can see from the pictures, he was climbing it before it was completed! Definitely recommend.

real nice cat tower for the price. my cat is just a little big on the platforms but i think he likes it cause he has to maneuver more, and he LOVES how high up the comfy bed on the top is. he's 19 years old and immediately turned into a kitten when he saw it. only thing is to keep an eye out when you are building it-- the screws etc all come in one bag and there's one screw that is 40mm and you get a ton of them, and then there is one screw that's 50mm and you only get one of them (B vs G). The illustrations are super similar too, so I didn't realize til I was almost done that I'd used the longer screw & I was NOOOOT gonna undo it all to find it. so one of my platforms isn't fully screwed down (the one that goes from the cat condo to the hanging cloud bed), but it doesn't destabilizing to the cat tower so it doesn't bother me.

I was able to put this together myself. However, I did get confused about the two boxes (displayed) and was looking for the arch where the cats enter and confused... It's cut out in the cover! Which then makes the box complete... Man that caused me some grief. So I hope I help someone else out with that tip. Otherwise, I was able to do it myself in about an hour and a half, no tools needed but the Allen wrench it comes with. Sturdy and easily would cost 100 dollars plus at a pet store. My male, kitten is wild and tore his ball right off (only a string remains now) but I can easily replace that again. Customer service was great and responded quickly to my questions (the box issue discussed above). Recommend!

It’s great. My cats love it. The instructions are direct. However I got confused regarding the two cat cave boxes. It mentioned pictures of the two boxes in the item list when I was checking them off so I assumed there were two pre made boxes that came with the hardware. Turns out they need to be made as well (instructions are available in the booklet). I contacted seller and they responded really fast to clarify the instructions for me. I am able to hook it up myself in a relatively short span of time. (5.2” petite woman).

This is really nice looking! Was easy to put together. Our cat loves it!!! Recommend!!!!

I bought this for my mom for Christmas for her cat and she loved it and so does her cat, the cat was climbing on it before I even finished putting it together and he also loved the box it came in lol. quality seems pretty good, and the picture is deceiving kind of, I thought the house parts were wood, but they are not, they are fabric slip-over covers, I would still give it 5 stars though for the price.

I like this tower even though there was a missing piece. I just improvised and made it work. I don't go crazy when my order is off unless it's major. Overall a great cat tower

While it looks really nice and they give you a strap to attach to a wall. We put the cat Tower in front of a window so they can watch the birds. The base of this tower isn't very large so it's not very stable. IF you put it in front of a wall definitely use the strap.
