Had a problem with my first purchase, returned due to the system as a whole didn't work. On receiving the replacement, everything works well. I like the system, the design, and very low noise on the pump, hopefully would want to get another as a backup.

This ATO works well. The only downside is it will suction water out if not plugged in or power is out. A few times, I've had water go all over my floor because the reservoir filled and water overflowed. Other than that, it feels it full.

Does not fill as it should. Sensor has problems then has an error everytime it fills. Has to be reset multiple times a day

I gave it 4 stars and here’s why. It’s a good water top off. However, it does not make any noise if the water level goes below the sensor. The other one I have does beep a lot when the top off tank is low which is annoying, but effective.

I have used multiple auto top offs including optical sensors and floats. This one is very accurate with fast cut off so no annoying beeping after top off. Highly recommend!
