My chickens love this and it is super easy to clean if they have any accidents in.

These are the easiest to clean I've ever had and I've tried alot.

These pads are exactly as described - thick and well-made. I think they're a good value. Size was slightly large for my boxes. I was excited to get them and placed them in my nesting boxes stuffing in the extra 1/2 inch or so on two sides. I only needed two of these but figured I'd have extras when they wore out as chicken stuff tends to do. In my opinion they were great. But, apparently after a couple of days my chickens got together and took a vote. They did not like these pads and as a result they went flying out of the nesting boxes like Frisbees. I wasn't there to witness it but from all appearances that's what happened...more than once. Now, several weeks later one is completely covered in scratched up dirt outside in the run and I think I see some green poking out from under a lot of straw inside the coop. I did try putting them back in the boxes once or twice. That was decidedly voted down again both times. As far as comfort... hmmm. I didn't ask. Oh well, I tried to be a good chicken mom. The chickens have different ideas as to that!

My bok bok's kinda like it but prefer the brown nesting material better. It lasts much longer and is easier to clean but not as comfortable.

We have 3 laying boxes & these fit perfectly. Every morning we take these out & hose them off & leave laying on a park bench to dry. We put fresh ones we sprayed off the day before. I tried all types if bedding but my girls like these the best.

I replaced my regular nesting pads with these astroturf squares and my chickens were not happy. They’re literally like squares of astroturf with a rubber bottom. Yes, they wash off, but not well. One egg broke on a pad and it discolored it and never really came out, even with scrubbing. They are hard and thin, and I noticed an immediate decline in egg production. I am back to using regular nesting pads, they only need to be changed out every three months or so, and my chickens are much happier.
