I use these as gate latches with my chains. I like the solidness of them vs a carabiner. It helps give my gates have a more tight closure. They are easy to open and seem very sturdy.

These are much bigger than those keychain hooks. Heavy duty, reliable, solid and smooth opening. This will be useful connecting any 2 items that has a place you can hook it to: - a dog leash to a cage, fence, or pole/wire - a hammock between 2 trees (2 hooks will support up to 220 lb) although Amazon page description says each supports 220 lb, the phono description says 110 lb each (which I think is more like it). The good thing about this is that you can remove whenever you need to and use only when/where you need it. You might like it more if the hook (circle area) is bigger so it can be hooked to fatter/bigger things like a pole, but for this capacity, it's an appropriate size. You can also use this as a heavy duty keychain.

This snap hooks are great quality. They are heavy duty and work perfectly. I am using them to secure a dog kennel fence and they are ideal for this application. They are spring loaded and easy to operate one handed. Great snap hooks - great value.

These are way to large for what i wanted to use them for. I wanted to use them to clip a leash on to a clothing line in my backyard to create like a leashed dog run. They look just like they are in the photo and would probably work well for the actual intended use.

These bull snaps do a great job holding my hay nets through my stalls. They are heavy duty and just as nice as the more expensive snaps at Tractor Supply. I'm counting on the representation that they will not rust. In our humid Texas environment, that is critical. A nice product. Recommended.

I purchased these Double-Ended Bolt Snaps for the gates at my barn. They are very well-made and strong. I am very pleased.

I needed more of these in my stalls to hang some feeders. These are prefect for that. Nice and strong and seem to hold up to my heavy horse's head pushing them down while he's eating. So far so good.

These seem to be nice quality with good springs in them. They open and close smoothly and seem heavy duty. In my experience this type of snap starts to rust and then they are hard to use. I can't say for sure if they will rust or not but they seem well made.
