This is a great Nano tank about 5 GAL everything that it came with works great but the water pump sucked something up and instantly died LOL So i switched it out. I'm going to use this tank for shrimp & pompom crabs and use the light and lift for my larger tank. The glass is supper clear and dose not have that odd green tint some cheep tanks have. It came very nicely packaged in like 3 boxes each had padding before the next box so i don't think you will have to worry about it breaking when being shipped.

This kit comes with a glass tank suitable for baby turtle only, plus a motorized filter, heat lamp, and floating platform. The tank is made of glass with wooden frames. Your turtle will likely out grow the tank within six months, so expect to upsize to a bigger tank.

It comes with everything you need for a starter kit for turtles I love that it’s glass the size is perfect didn’t come with any cracks so hopefully no leaking going to get turtles soon to test it out

This is a very nice small glass cage. It is well-made and easy to clean. I took off a star because the included lamp is made of plastic, the screw is plastic and it doesn't clear the rim so the lamp tilts. I will not use plastic lamps. I prefer to use a hanging lamp stand. The basking platform doesn't stay put and floats around so I am using another type I have on hand that sections to the glass. The filter t works OK but it is louder than the old one. I will continue to use the filter until I find a quieter replacement. It is like any filter and needs to be cleaned and maintained. The tank is the highlight of this set.

This is the perfect size starter tank for baby and miniature turtles. It has everything you'd need for starting out. Everything seems pretty well built and long-lasting. Can't wait to get our new pet.

Even though it says this is for turtles, I wouldn't use it for them- unless you plan on investing in a much larger tank in the future. Turtles get big. I had thought of maybe using this for a newt, or maybe an aquatic frog, but it doesn't have a tank cover. So I opted for a Betta fish instead. It's been a few years since I had one of those, and I like them. If I had to guess it's about 5 gallons (?), which is actually the minimum size for a Betta fish. The pump works well, and the tank is solid. It comes with a basking heat lamp and one bulb. I tried it to see if it works and it does, but I won't actually need it for my fish- until winter when our house gets on the chilly side. The platform is the center piece in this tank, and attaches to the inner wall with a big suction cup. It has two legs which attach to that, and the platform is supposed float on the surface of the water- moving up and down the legs according to the tanks water level. In theory. It DOES move up and down- if you can get it to stay on the side of the tank. The suction cup is one of those that is supposed to adhere by turning a section clockwise to get it to hold. But no matter how hard I try to get it to stay, the whole thing just keeps coming unattached. I'll probably wind up taking the legs off and just let the platform float. Put water plants on it or something, and my Betta can use it to hide under whenever he feels the need. Would be disappointing if I was depending on a platform, though.
