We have a lot of areas in the house that we'd love to add light fixtures to but don't want to have to hardwire anything to do so. These rechargeable lightbulbs are fantastic for that, since they screw into most standard lamps and light fixtures. These bulbs allow for dimming via remote, different color options and different white light as well, depending on your preference. I personally enjoy the option of the different colors as it's fun for entertaining or setting a mood in the room for a wash of color. As we live in an area where we lose power a fair amount during storm season, these are a fantastic addition to our emergency lighting, and the bulbs that aren't in use but fully charged are mounted magnetically on the side of our fridge where we can easily access them. The bulbs can be mounted magnetically or with the screw in base, that separates for easy USB charging. If you were so inclined, you could even mount these to a fixed metal plate without needing to use the screw in base for areas like cabinets, pantries, closets. They've been performing well, and for the price, it's a value. Much less expensive than hiring an electrician to hardwire fixtures, that's for certain!

This set of 2 rechargeable bulbs comes with two usb type c charging cords & one remote. Most sets come with 2 remotes. The base screws into a standard e26 light socket. To remove the bulb to charge simply pull and the bulb separates from the base. The magnet is a thin sticker so we’ll see how long it holds. This set needs charged more often than some of my others but these were meant to be used as back up. They’re good for that. These are great for saving energy and bringing light to an are without electrical wiring or an outlet.

Recently I ordered a set of these puck-style rechargeable lights for camping trips, and I was so pleased with them that I ordered two more sets from different manufacturers. Like the others, this light displays a rainbow spectrum of colors (the photos suggest otherwise, but you get all of the colors with this light). Unlike the others, though, it's missing a separate screw-in hanger, which I found to be an unfortunate omission. The manufacturer of this light claims it's got a battery that runs for 20 hours or more...I can attest to it working for at least 9 1/2 hours; after that, I stopped measuring. It did take quite a long time to charge -- I had it plugged in for at least 10 hours -- so keep that in mind. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with these lights and they all seem about the same to me, regardless of who makes them (interestingly, all of the remotes are identical). However, if you need a hanger, I'd choose a different model.

These bulbs are just cool! Some might say they are a little gimmicky, due to all the colors they can emit, but I can see lots of reasons why such a feature could be enjoyable, especially to children and teens. The swell and flash features have all sorts of fun applications. The remote control affects both bulbs simultaneously, so adding them to a large closet that lacks powered lighting is doubly efficient. One press of the remote, and the entire closet is illuminated. The unit price of just under 13 dollars each is a steal compared to powered lights that have equivalent wattage and lumens. Such AC powered bulbs can run upwards of thirty dollars, EACH! The magnetic properties of these bulbs are also very useful. The female "socket" screw-on section is magnetically attached to the bulb itself and can be removed so that the bulb can rest on any flat surface. These bulbs will also "stick" to a wall or ceiling upon any magnetic surface. I honestly cannot find anything bad to say about this great product. A definite buy! Strongly recommended!

Ordered these to go into lights above my island that don’t have live power that runs to them yet. I couldn’t find any corded options that I liked and I saw all kinds of posts about people putting up lights with rechargeable lightbulbs. I think it’s a brilliant idea and these work perfectly for my needs. It allows you to put a light anywhere you want. I love that they have plenty of color options and a remote and that they’re rechargeable. So far they seem to last for the amount of time stated, and I’m very pleased with them. I feel like they will hold up and last a while, so I would recommend them to others.

We got these lightbulbs for some sconces we didn't want to hardwire. They work perfect! They look like an odd shape in the pictures, but they fit like a normal lightbulb. The remote has several different color settings which is cool because you can change the lighting/mood of the room. They have cool/warm light along with colored lights, like red, blue, etc. We love these lightbulbs!

I like the size of this light. It isn't too big, and would fit in a lot of standard light bulb outlets. The part that screws into the bulb outlet is plastic and metal, and has a metal disk for the magnet on the light to attach to. I like that this is rechargeable. So, you don't need to have an outlet close by. You could also attach it under a shelf, etc. It is easy to use. The remote is clear and easy to understand. It is bright. It has 10 levels of brightness. The light flashes when you hit the brightest or the dimmest the bulb can be. When recharging, the light turns red. When it is fully charged, the light turns green. It is a good value for the money. There is no flicker. There are a lot of color options in addition to warm white, bright white, and a white light somewhere in the middle. There is a button on the light to turn it on or change the color in case you don't have the remote. These are nice lights.

I love this long lasting batteries all the RGB features of all your other RGB lightings plus regular lighting natural light and bright light great price great quality material only negatives I would say or is it does not power from the socket itself they always have to be recharged other than that two thumbs up

This comes with two light sets and two charging cables and one remote. When the lights are charging, they light up red and when they’re fully charged, they light up green. I like a lot of things about these lights. They are great for ambient light but not bright enough to provide good lighting. The light is much brighter if you don’t put it in the lamp because the lampshade really dim it. You can see that looking at my last two pictures. I was very disappointed that it only comes with one remote control because I was hoping to operate them individually. I did discover, however, that you can operate them individually with the remote, as long as they’re not sitting next to each other because you have the remote at the light. I wish I had a remote though so that they could be used in two different rooms. There are three different temperatures… Warm, neutral, and cool. There are two buttons to adjust the brightness of each one. In addition to the three white lights, there are 12 colors. You also have the option of having it automatically scroll through the colors. Do you have the option for it to fade gradually from one color to the next and you also have the option for it to flash through the colors. That is too much for me. It’s like a strobe lighting… no thank you. You can see these options in my video. Thank you There are three timer options. You can set the light to go off in 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 120 minutes. The light is a puck and it’s magnetic so you can stick it to anything metal. It also has a lightbulb attachment that sticks to magnetically so that you can screw it in a lamp. I wish this were brighter because I would love to put it in my lamp and then cut the cord off of my lamp, but it’s not bright enough for that.

Functional and fun! Lots of lighting options via the remote. I can finally have a lamp in my little guest bathroom that I’ve never been able to do before because of no close enough outlet to where I’d need it. You can finally cut the cord and have a lamp anywhere. The remote is a bit intimidating at first…there are so many options and functions. It’s fun to play around with. I have a teenage niece who is very difficult to buy for and I may order a set of these for her. I think it’s something she’d enjoy having. Obviously, the lower the lighting (dim, ambient lighting) you use, the longer the battery will last, vs having it on full brightness. A good and unique gift idea! 👍🏻
