We bake our soft pretzels the old world way, dipping them in Lye Bath (sodium hydroxide) prior to baking. Given this, we need to lay down a protective layer on the floor to catch any drips or splashes. Had been using a thinner plastic sheeting but it would get beat up fairly quickly and have to be replaced. Now with using the Purteria 6 mil White Heavy Duty Plastic Sheeting, we have a layer of strong and durable protection that holds up under the traffic we put to it. We are also using it to provide greater protection to our dough moulder. The plastic sheeting helps keep dust and dirt out. Excellent quality.

Great quality vapor barrier for the price. While the plastic sheet arrived a bit dirty, it didn't pose any problem for me. This was probably due to the center tube falling apart.

I got this plastic to use for ground cloths for me and my camping buddies who are in need of new and better ground cloths. We’ll be able to get 7 cloths out of the 50’, but only need 6. I’m sure there’ll be other uses for the remaining. Previously we used 6 mil plastic and got years out of it. This 10 mil plastic will be more robust and take the abuse of sticks, rocks, whatever, better and last longer. It’s an economical way to get ground cloths.

Very nice Poly. I plan to use it under a finished floor to help keep moisture in check. It came well packaged and I like the fact that it is pure white and not see through at all. Some of mine will be left exposed and I don't want to be able to see anything underneath it such as dirt or concrete. I also ordered some 3 in wide, white vapor barrier tape that works well with this Poly for taping the seams. Bottom line is that it's good stuff.

Recently checked out 10mm at the local box office store and it was much more expensive than this. This is a solid, durable material at a much better value

This heavy plastic is perfect for my project. I found it to be a better price per square foot than the others I looked at.

This plastic is the thickest I've ever had. At 10 mil thick, nothing is getting through this barrier. It's incredibly heavy-duty, which is perfect for covering wood or patio furniture on my property. Unlike other plastics, this one won't wear out quickly. As I've gotten older, I've had to rethink how I approach tasks, and having reliable materials like this plastic makes all the difference. The quality is outstanding, and I'm confident I'll be able to reuse it for many other projects after it's done protecting this winter. I highly recommend it for any application.

This vapor barrier material is truly top-notch, boasting thickness and tear resistance that inspire confidence. I never have to fear about tearing it while navigating through cramped crawl spaces. For anyone considering encapsulating their crawl space, I wholeheartedly endorse this brand. You'll undoubtedly be pleased with the performance and durability it offers.

The sheeting is exceptionally tough and of high quality – no weak spots or imperfections. The 14 mil thickness is noticeably stronger than the typical sheeting found in big box stores, which is usually double the thickness. Being white and not transparent or translucent, it doesn't allow much light through, making it unsuitable for 'window' use. Overall, it's tough, high-quality, and definitely recommended.
