We had another set like this, but with far less tools, and since we liked it, thought having the extra pieces would be a fun way to beef up for the next project we do faux-wood grain on. THIS set is the only one you would ever need. It has everything and makes it really easy to do faux wood graining on just about any project, plus it even comes with traditional brushes and rollers, so you're covered there too. I would definitely suggest this kit, and had we come across it first, wouldn't have got the other one we have.

I've started playing around with refinishing old and vintage furniture recently and had a small pair of woodgraining tools. This set is wonderful since it includes the much larger roller and tools. It has everything including brushes. I had been putting off refinishing an inexpensive white barn door to my bathroom to a faux wood look because it was so much bigger than anything I had tackled before. This is perfect for the job! I can't wait to get started on my next project. 5 stars!

I ordered this set primarily for the paint brushes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the additional pieces included. The rollers that it comes with all have a slightly different function and pattern, so this would be great for updates to wood furniture, or even cabinets. It seems good quality and the brushes in particular work great even for regular painting jobs around the house!
