Bought it as a gift,he was looking for 1 for the longest while. He has no problems with charging. The quality is really good, perfect for travelling. Depends on often you use it, the battery life is not short term. As for performance, its great. You should buy because its worth it. Didn't get to take a picture because it went to work right away but everything was intact.

It took me a minute to get the battery in the charging port correctly, used to hubby's brand/style. I really like how easy it is to charge and use and the length of time we have to use before having to charge again.

Does not seem to charge 18V

I purchased two batteries with a charger a few months ago. Dont use regularly. After two charges/uses, I went to charge it again and it caught on fire. Now I'm beyond return window. Luckily I was home when I was charging. For your safety, do not get.
